Dr. Waxman and staff were very welcoming and professional. He took time to answer all our questions as new puppy owners and took his time with us. We were seen in a timely manner as scheduled. Very good 1st visit.

We brought our cat here for the first time for her vaccines and had such a great experience! Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time with us. He did a really thorough examination and explained everything clearly, which made us feel like our cat was genuinely being well cared for rather than the appointment being rushed.

The entire staff is quite incredible. Not only are they extremely responsive, they lead with compassion and love for every pet, even the snippy muzzled up pups like mine. Dr waxman is a genius, Jim while my dog has complicated relationship with him, I absolutely adore that man. And Tyler, wow, everytime I call he’s ready for us. He is so incredible, and super helpful and quite a companion in the waiting room. I could just hang in the waiting room with Tyler and Jim chatting and they completely alleviate all my anxiety about what’s possibly wrong with my dog…now.

Thank you to everyone in this office for helping us through our journey with an aging dog.

Came here for the first time for my cat’s VERY FIRST appointment. Everyone was super sweet and helpful, I was also able to get my cats vaccinated on the first day with no problem! Definitely will be coming here again ^^

I came here to get my cat’s ears looked at because they were dirty and bothering her. They found a polyp in one of them and we have been discussing treatment options. I absolutely adore all the staff here! Everyone is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They truly make you feel comfortable during stressful times. All of the staff here are such amazing and caring people! They’re very transparent about treatments and pricing, and also give great advice on how to navigate anything pet-related. One of the best things about here are the multiple events that they have throughout the year geared towards all of their pet patients and owners, ranging from Halloween costume parties, spring fling, meet Santa, and more! I couldn’t have chosen a better vet to go to!

My wife and I brought our three year old house cat in for a check up. The staff and doctor were friendly. Are cat had his nails trimmed as a complimentary service as it was his first visit there.
