Dr Waxman and his staff are so incredibly thoughtful and thorough. He spent an incredible amount of time going over my pups history and all of the potential options ahead of us. Such a wonderful group giving honest and supportive care. I’m very grateful we found them!!

I had an appointment this morning with my new little rescued shihtzu, Pandora. From the moment you enter MVA, you are greeted warmly by Tyler who already had the previous records and info on her and was very welcoming. Jim came out to meet her. Joey took her in for her exam. Dr. Waxman is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, answered every question I asked, and took his time with her. I loved that the whole team meets you and it’s evident that they are all at the top of their game and truly care for each pet they treat. MVA is immaculate and has a very comfortable vibe. If I could give them higher then 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this practice!

Really impressed with Montclair Veterinary Associates, from the front desk to the techs to the doctor. I arrived a little early but check in went smoothly, I was seen on time, and Dr Waxman did a very thorough exam on my dog. My little chihuahua mix isn’t the easiest dog to deal with but everyone went out of their way to make Papi feel as comfortable as possible. I’m super happy to have found a great general practice for my pup!

Always there for me and my cats. 🐈‍⬛ I appreciate this a lot. Thanks to the whole team including Dr. Waxman for his knowledge and care and Tyler who patiently helps relay my questions. It means a lot when your pet has chronic issues.

We recently moved to the area and got a puppy but had no idea where to take him. I am so glad we found this place. Everyone in this office, from the front desk staff to the vet techs and the doctor were all amazing. They took their time in explaining everything I needed to know about my new puppy. What to look out for, where we should train him and even gave us a goody bag. My puppy’s first vet visit was a great experience. I can see him looking forward to future visits. Thanks!

It's our first time fostering two little kittens & brought them here for their first check-up. Everyone here was so kind & gave nothing but warm welcomes! Extremely informative & patient! It's so comforting to see how much compassion & care they had! Highly recommend taking your furry kids here!
