Last week my dog was throwing up and pooping blood. I originally scheduled an appointment for Friday but I soon realized it was a urgent matter. I asked if it was possible if the doctor could see my dog at an earlier date. They found a way to squeeze me into their tight schedule 🙏They also waived the office fee because I was tight on funds. They ain't have to do that. I'm forever grateful. My dog is good now.

My husband and I just came back from taking our dog for surgery at MVA and we cannot say enough great things about the staff— they had agreed to take our dog for a mass removal after being extremely thorough and careful; the prices were very fair, and the office, itself, was exceedingly clean and well-kept. Beyond all of that, the team felt incredibly sharp, empathic, and welcoming. We had come from another animal clinic that had consistently dropped the ball, and were met with a speed and a trustworthiness that is incredibly rare to come by.

An enormous thank you to Jim, Dr. Waxmore, and Tyler for handling our situation with (what feels like) the most professionalism and warmth in the world. Without hesitation, we look forward to recommending this practice to anyone in need.

Excellent care, was able to get an appointment immediately, staff genuinely cared. Our dog was diagnosed and treated. I can tell he feels better already.

This was the first visit for my dog and everyone was great from the moment we walked in and throughout the exam. Never felt rushed. Everything was clearly explained. Left feeling better about my dog’s health.
