Our service technician (Jon Michaud) was great! He called before he showed up and arrived at the scheduled time. Jon was very professional and friendly. He was also very tidy about his work. I would recommend him for sure.

John came out in response to a relo inspection that required a fireplace and chimney inspection as well as installing a damper lock. The first thing John did was tell me that that type of lock is not required for the wood burning fireplace which is what we have. Saved me some money. Loved that and loved his honesty.
He was very prompt, professional, personable, efficient and very good at his job.
Would highly recommend him and Masters Services.

Jon did a fantastic job conducting our inspection and sweep. He was able to break down all the necessary repairs we needed to have done, and the benefits and risks associated with all of them. Jon was extremely customer service friendly and I would highly recommend him to other friends and clients needing chimney/fireplace repairs.

Jon was very deliberate with the work he conducted to repair our roof. Once again, he was very professional, timely and courteous throughout the entire process. He is the best in the business and would receive my recommendation for any chimney services that need to be conducted.

John and Todd just finished spraying an interliner in my chimney and treating the outside of the chimney with a water sealer. They also made and installed a chimney cap that looked GREAT. Both of these young men took great care in keep the inside of my houseclean and left no mess on the outside of the house. As a matter of fact, you could not tell they were here except for the new cap. Thank you so much for the professional work. The wildlife can’t use my chimney for a house anymore.

Andrew was the representative who came out today to do a chimney inspection. He was very thorough, and helped me understand the current issues I may be having with my chimney. I contacted Masters Services to clean my dryer vent and to check my gas fireplace. The afternoon of my appointment which I was able to schedule within on day of my call, Andrew contacted me to tell me he was running a bit late and when he would be arriving. He was most pleasant and thorough in listening to my concerns and explaining exactly what he was going to do. After checking both areas, he explained very clearly what he found and how I should trouble shoot in the future. I appreciated the time he spent explaining about my two areas of concern and gave me suggestions of what to do in the future. I look forward to dealing with Masters Services in the future.

Masters Services did a great job! They called 30 minutes ahead each time and were on time. The work was done quickly and the new gas logs look great.

megan arranged a estimate date for us. she had a great personality. Andrew called before he came out & within 30 min. or so we had the exact price to fix our fireplace issues. he was very personable and had a great smile. my uncle rob & I thought he represented the company very well...he answered our questions and he made suggestions to help us make the best decision for our home. thank you Andrew for knowing your profession..look forward to seeing you on Thursday so our puppies can enjoy the fireplace again in this cold weather. appreciate the asap date to get the job done...thank you Curtis & Kristi Emshoff
