Today was the second of three visits to clean and repair our fireplace. Austin and Chris were very thorough, quite knowledgeable about the process. Austin educated me on several details on chimney and fireplace safety. So far, I'm quite pleased with the quality of their service and their customer service and communication.

We had Masters Services convert our gas fireplace into a wood burning fireplace and we are extremely satisfied with their services. Angela French came to our home and provided us with an extensive outline of the work to be done and the costs involved. She was very thorough and professional and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The work was completed promptly and on schedule. The workers were very respectful of our home and made every effort to insure safety and clean working conditions. Juan Patino is a perfectionist when it comes to his work performance and ethics. Communication is a problem! When Tim came out for estimate I explained in detail everything that needed to be done and he is talking about birds migration on my chimney and laws ect ect …. The estimate was higher than I expected but thought ok if they repair everything we discussed. But when I noticed that he had no intention of replacing the ash door (that he documented) I was upset. Again for the price I paid I thought it was included. And then I see him just putting concrete around old ash door to hold it place and tells me we’re doing this for free because Tim never included it on estimate. Yes this makes me mad!!! Then I requested to crew to please leave existing chimney cap because I want to keep it, well that didn’t happen! Communication is a big issue with Masters

Recently found that my 46 year old chimney cap was leaking rain water. Contacted Master Services at the suggestion of my Roofing Contactor and friend. Master Services came out and inspected, took measurements on Wednesday and provided a quote. The new chimney cap was installed that same Friday. Looks good and no leaks. Read more >

Corey was prompt on a super cold day in January. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. He did a thorough inspection on a chimney and fireplace that had not been used in many years. He recommended a log refurbish for the gas fireplace and we set up the appointment. Customer service provided a next day appointment and Richard came the next day. He did a great job restoring the fireplace, logs and the base supplies to a gas fireplace. I feel really confident that the gas fireplace is safe to use and it's an added comfort to the room.
