From initial review of our needs to finishing touches, MS staff did a great job of explaining the process. We were notified when to expect work to be done during each step. Richard Clark, who undertook the thermocrete relining of my chimney with his associate Elliot, truly went above and beyond to make sure that the fireplace looked better than it has in years. Another mark of a good company is how they handle any issues that come up later. Two days after the work was done, it turned out that some of the mortar had adhered to the damper, preventing it from closing all the way. The whole team was fantastic from the first outreach. We had several services done to an older fireplace which had never been used. We had Master Services install gas logs, a cap on the chimney and add water seal. All scheduling and services at the house were professional and friendly. The estimation process was easy to understand with no pressure to do anything we did not want or need.
