Our fireplace had not been used in at least ten years because the previous owners had never used it. It was originally wood burning but had been converted to gas at some point. We had to rebuild the back wall of the firebox to make it safe for wood burning and convert the gas outlet into a gas starter. Jon did an excellent job, clean, efficient, and trustworthy.

The technician from Master Services arrived right on time on a Saturday morning. Very impressive! He was professional and knowledgeable. It took only a few minutes for him to assess my chimney and recommend the needed products. We placed the order and scheduled installation. Installation was done as promised and the birds were removed and relocated from our chimney. The company was professional and respectful from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

Just had Jon come out to do a cleaning and inspection on our chimney. Extremely professional service. We just moved into our home and he asked us how often we planned on using our chimney in the first place. He then showed us some issues he discovered with the panels and suggested some solutions for fixing, but wasn't overly pushy about getting the repairs done. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

Rory at Masters Services helped us to pick out the ideal fireplace doors for our fireplace. He took his time to make sure they were installed properly. We are also impressed with the quality of the doors, which were Made in the USA.

John was very helpful identifying the problem with my home and was professional at all times. I highly recommend him to do a thorough job with wildlife removal.

I had this company come out to my former house, where I had a rat problem in the attic. Rory did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing up the house so the problem never came back. We now live somewhere else, and had what we thought was a dead animal trapped in our wall. Turned out to be no big deal (just a field mouse) but we wanted to prevent future problems.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They were on time to their appointments. The estimate was reasonable and was accurate. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
