I had all the windows in my house replaced in 2004 by James Markey with a life time warranty on the screens. I had an issue this year in 2019 and they promptly took care of it no questions asked!!! Highly recommend this company!!!

Highly recommended! Over the years the Markey team has done many jobs for us and the quality of their work has been consistently high. Most recently we had new siding and gutters installed. Every aspect of the job from initial estimate, scheduling to final walk thru was handled professionally. The few minor issues were promptly addressed.

Best company out there for windows. They gave me an estimate that was right on. No games or back and forth with the price. Windows installed a couple of weeks later, I bought the Okna 800 series from them. They did All 16 windows in one day, including installing the older ones. Very professional. Customer services is right on top when we had a slight problem with a tiny air leak, they came the next day and fixed the issue. If I buy a home again, I would love for them to do all new windows for us. Thank you!

I found Markey Windows after one the windows in my daughters bedroom broke unexpectedly and I posted on an online mom's group asking for recommendations. Of the 5 companies I got quotes from, this was the best price we got (Some of the quotes were double!) and everyone we dealt with through the process was just so super nice. From Ryan who gave us the estimate to the installer who installed the window everyone was just so friendly and courteous I cannot say enough good things. The window looks great and I love the way it opens so easily to clean. We will definitely use this company again when we replace the other windows in our house. Highly recommend.

These guys are incredible! We were having issues with a window taking on water when it rained, and it hasn’t stopped raining so it was bad. Anyway the frame of the window definitely needed to be fixed, but our severely clogged gutters were part of the issue as well. They came in the morning checked everything out came back later that day and completed the entire job in about an hour! So professional so friendly. They will be called every year for our gutters and eventually our gutter guards! They are also so fairly priced, they could probably even ask for more and still be fairly priced! The workers seem very loyal to the owner,one I met this morning with him 17 years and one I met with this afternoon has been there for 27 years! Stop looking you found exactly who you need! James T Markey replaced all the windows in my condo with OKNA windows in June 2017. Two windows leaked around the window sill after heavy rains this summer (2018). I called the company in October 2018 and they came out and reinstalled the windows and replaced the window sills at no cost to me. The guys who reinstalled the windows recognized immediately that the windows were not insulated properly the first time. I was told that the 2 guys who installed the windows the first time no longer work for the company. I would have rated the company 5 stars if the windows were installed properly the first time. I love the OKNA windows!

Quality work. I used this company twice, including when I needed to replace all windows in my house. Both times I had pleasant experience and good results. There was one issue with incorrect measurements taken by a sales guy and misunderstanding about siding work being included with windows replacement. James personally called me to rectify both and made sure I got everything I wanted without charging an extra dime. He stands behind his company and cares about return customers. Will deffinately use his services again.

I had a full house window replacement through Markey - I had an excellent experience. Sales rep was very straightforward and knowledgeable. Installation nearly perfect and well-organized. The Okna Insul-tec model appears to be outstanding both aesthetically and functionally. I was skeptical of the green tint associated with low-E coatings but these windows have a higher transparency than Soft Lite, Great Lakes, etc. I am thrilled to report that, to my eye, the new Okna windows have an unrecognizable tint from inside the house.

We had most of the windows in our home updated last year through Markey. They were professional and did a good job. We were waiting for a few new screens to come in after the bulk of the job was done, and when they arrived, it took them a minimal amount of time to do the install. One of our windows has since broken - it won't stay open all of the way. We're waiting for a part to come in to repair it, which I anticipate will be done with no drama and 100% under warranty.

Used Markey to install replacement windows and vinyl siding back in 2000. We recently needed some warranty work done on a couple of windows and some trim. They made minor repairs on several windows and replaced the glass on another. They also replaced several pieces of aluminum trim. All at no charge. They stand by their work and products. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Markey Home Remodeling most recently (7/19/18) provided excellent repair service to several of the windows I purchased from them back in 1996. And it was done as warranty service after all these years so they really back their products. The customer service provided by Andrew was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, always courteous, friendly and very communicative. I highly recommend them!
