Markey team replaced 12 windows in my house and they did very well. We started off by inviting salesperson Andrew who did a great job of explaining the product. He was not pushy at all. After that we requested quite a few quotes for different series and options which he provided without any delay.
Finally we have chosen series 800 because it was the only product that has an interior wooden laminate option. That turned out to be the right choice because my old windows were wooden on inside. The windows were delivered after 6 weeks as promised. The installation team was meticulous, leaving no defects that I am aware of at this moment. They cleaned the rooms after the installation as well. One thing that they could do better is that use the windows trim that is matching the wood laminate color. Either light oak planks or stained pine. Unfortunately since the trim was sealed I can't...

Years later we had an issue with part of a soffit. Travis and Mark responded promptly and politely to remedy the problem. The sales rep Andrew replied to my request/call in a timely manner. He explained details on products, services and processes. He also provided excellent assistance on papework, during HOA review/approval process.
Anthony and Tommy then installed the windows with professional experiences. The installation was completed within one hour and clean, respective to existing house walls and floors.
Although the price of the products is a little over my budget, the service was worth. No stress or headache!

I'm extremely impressed with this company. When I initially reached out for my window job, the response rate was so quick! We then met with Andrew who was great to work with. He was friendly, and super helpful with explaining the window process from start to finish. On the day of our job, the gentleman who came to install the windows were quick, efficient, friendly and made sure to clean up after the job was complete. We have about 17 windows that need to be done in our new home and my husband and I plan on using Markey moving forward!

The technicians and window installers from Markey were absolutely professional, timely, efficient. Their pricing was very competitive and in the midrange and they were accessible throughout the process and were able to answer any questions or concerns that arose. Markey sent Jimmy, Eric, and Winston (?) to replace two problematic windows at the end of June. Aside from being told they didn't have enough drop cloths to cover the path and work areas (not a big house), everything was good. The crews were friendly and professional. The windows have weathered a couple of storms so far with no problems.

Our windows have a life-time warranty. While washing the windows one became jammed (our fault) and could not close all the way. Markey sent Travis over, and he knew exactly what to do, and, just like that, we were back in business.

We needed to replace two windows on the front of our home. I was concerned about the new windows matching the rest of the existing windows. Our rep Travis did a great job. The installation crew were neat and professional, and laid out drop cloths from the front door all the way to the bedroom work area. They contended with our bushes and a tree that made staging the ladder difficult. They did a great job and were done in a few hours. I just need to repaint some water damaged trim from where the old windows were leaking.

The workers showed up early, were careful to be clean and make minimal mess. They were super efficient and everything came out beautiful! Highly recommend!

Overall very friendly, responsive and professional service. Andrew prepared a competitive quote and explained the window features in detail. On installation day, Anthony and Ron did an outstanding job replacing the windows. The only thing to note on this is that they forgot to clean up some debris outside the house.
The windows themselves are of good quality and a huge improvement for sound and heat insulation.

Consult, install, everything was great. Unfortunately I specifically said I wanted the windows so we could put window ac units in the bedrooms. The windows only open 10 inches and we're unable to find air conditioners that small. So, in a way not a great use of the money spent on the windows.

My wife and I enjoy working with Markey for our window replacements. Ryan is extremely
personable and knowledgeable and follows through on his process. Between scheduling dates for measurements/install, expectations of arrival and installation - everything always goes according to plan. Good communication is key for me when doing business and I feel they do a great job with this. We will be coming back again.
