Markey Windows Doors & More LLC

I was recommended to use Markey LLC for my window replacement & sliding glass door in 2007. Was extremely happy with installation. After 10 years the windows were still fantastic.
I used them again in 2021 for my full tear down of my roof. It needed 2 layers removed & areas fixed that weren't done right. The crew was friendly, showed up in time. They completed the job in 2 days as promised. And now the roof drains properly in the areas that didn't before.
I also had all windows replaced in the house & the sliding glass door. Ryan the sales rep was extremely helpful, professional, & called me back promptly. We needed the job done in 1 day & they sent out 2 crews to accommodate our schedules. The installers showed up on time, were friendly, did a fantastic job installing, & cleaned up well. We are very very happy!

Markey replaced all our old storm and screen windows about 5 yrs ago. and did an excellent job. Over the weekend I opened one of the replacement windows in a room we seldom use and the window would not remain open but kept sliding back down to the closed position. I called Markey Monday afternoon to explain the problem and Travis from Markey came to the house about 15 minutes later. Travis quickly assessed the situation and was able to repair the window in about 30 seconds. Not saying every situation might be a quick fix like this issue was, but it's nice to know there are still companies like Markey out there that stand behind the products they sell/install even 5 yrs later. Excellent Company. My sliding back door was in horrible shape. Markey came to the rescue and replaced our door. It is so beautiful! I can't believe how gorgeous my new door looks. The workers were awesome. They really took pride in their work and knew exactly what they were doing. I would high recommend them. You won't be disappointed! My goodness these guys are amazing!!!!!! I have used 2 companies before this, and they were terrible!! The last company I used was so bad they made the wood inside rot because they couldn't cap it.
Markey was very professional! Sales Rep Ryan was super nice guy and informative. I am 100% using them again and will refer to all my neighbors to use Markey Windows! I wish I used these guys for all my other windows in the past ...lesson learned!

Recently got a bow window replaced. It was a non hassel process, they worked around my schedule. Install was quick and professional with a group of great laid back folks willing to answer anything you threw at them. Okna products are also fantastic. Price was in a great place for the quality i recieved all around.. And what a difference it made in my dinning room!

The installed windows are top quality and look great. Rob & Travis in the office were very responsive starting with their free estimate and keeping me updated on the progress of the delivery of the windows. A few minor issues, but when you have window replacement going on in the whole house, it is a major construction project. They did it in 2.5 days. This review is definitely long over due. Had Markey install a patio door in the kitchen and the five windows in our family room back in 2014. They made the entire end- to- end process easy and painless. Before Markey our kitchen and family room were cold and drafty in the winter and hot in the Summer. For six years now these room have been comfortable no matter what the season. Their focus on customer service is quite apparent. Just recently we realized that we could not locate our patio door keys, so I called Markey in hopes to find a replacement. The office manager could not be more helpful. He had his installer order and change the lock mechanism and rebalance the door. To top it off they didn’t charge me a dime. If that isn’t customer focus nothing is.

Used them twice. Purchased high quality replacement windows at reasonable cost. Good installation. Friendly and clean. They provide okna windows which are excellent. Second time I needed an estimate and they came over and told me the window is fixable, no need to replace. Andrew fixed it right on the spot and didn’t charge me. Fabulous service!

I met with Andrew today and he was terrific! He answered all my questions and did a great inspection of my home. Look forward to having him come back and fix the problem we discussed. Also, he was very timely in coming to my home....met at their office this morning and he was at my home this afternoon!

Amazing and very skilled crew. I was actually somewhat entertained watching them throughout the day. It is obvious they like what they do and make a good day of it. Also, incredibly clean. One of my biggest pet peeves is when contractors leave a mess. It was as if they were never there. Great experience and would highly recommend.

I recently had 5 windows, patio doors, a front door and a storm door replaced by Markey. I can't say enough nice things about the work done! Igor and Anthony did a fabulous job - they completed the whole thing in one day, were early to arrive, were professional, friendly, very neat and did great work! The job was seamless, from my dealings with Ryan the Project Manager, Rob in the office, Andrew who came to measure, and Igor and Anthony who did the physical labor, I couldn't be happier! They were so flexible and even did the external finish work on three other of my windows that a previous contractor left me high and dry on without completing that job. And their prices are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend!
