I contacted Stephanie from a random Google search. As soon as I heard her voice, I knew her housekeeping service was THE one. I've been using Maid Mi Dia for almost two years. A very nice lady came out and great customer service on the phone when scheduling. They did a good job except she did not have a step stool so she only cleaned everything as far up as she could reach (mirrors, glass shower doors, etc). I also thought the price was high for what was needed.

On short notice, I decided to host Thanksgiving this year. With it just being 4 days away, I prayed that I'd find a cleaning service to help get my home in tip-top hosting shape. This was Sunday evening 11/23. I came across Maid Mi Dia and reached out via Google and got a response rather quickly that I'd be contacted. Well, today Monday 11/24 I got my call and decided to proceed with the service.
I was sent Ivonne and she arrived sooner than I expected (she finished a previous job sooner and was ready to help her next poor soul in need...ME!).
She was friendly, eager, and listened as I told her my story how I felt so blessed that I was able to find someone on such short notice. After we discussed what I needed (think priority list), off she went.
