Service is quite good. I used this service three times now. They do really good work. But I do have one significant concern which is why I am not awarding 5 stars. When I returned to the property the evening after the cleaning service was completed, I discovered the air conditioner thermostat was set to 52. That is the lowest setting. It is completely unnecessary to leave the thermostat set that low for an empty house. In fact, it is very rude. Imagine if the customer was not returning to the house for several days, if at all, and all the while the air conditioner was running at full throttle in the 100+ degree summer heat of El Paso! There is no excuse. I understand lowering the temperature while you are working. I have no issue with that. But don't just leave the thermostat set at the lowest setting. My electric bill would have been more than the cost of the cleaning service. I...

Bringing Maid Mi Dia into my home for a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning was the best move I've made in a long time. The team -- Melly, Brenda, and Rosa -- arrived, made a plan, and quickly got to work. Within hours, the house was clean and refreshed. We will definitely be using this service again.

Heard about them for years, experienced them this Friday and just WOW! The house smelled clean, the baseboards were bright white and I was able to leave the house and they finished and locked upo when they were done. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND to anyone with any doubts.
