Setting up the scheduled cleaning was done efficiently with Stephanie by phone. We discussed what as needed and expectations thoroughly. I was emailed a detailed invoice of what the service would entail and price. The team arrived at the scheduled time; we did a quick walk through of rooms and areas I wanted them to pay specific attention to. The pleasant and courteous cleaning team brought all their own cleaning products and equipment. We have 4 cats and a dog that are all well behaved but asked that the doors stayed shut and to not let them out which they respected. All directions were followed and my requested action...

The staff was friendly and polite. I would have given 5 stars but they did not clean the rear and sides of the stoves and left streaks on the metal back splash behind the stove.

We enjoy the ease of using Maid Mi Dia. Lisa does a great job and is comfortable cleaning with a toddler and dog present. We feel very comfortable with having her in our home and look forward to the day she comes! Makes mom life so much easier!! We have a large home and she manages to work hard to get to everything. Highly recommend!
