Jessica arrived promptly and proceeded to go about her cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Our house was done in just a little over 3 hours, we really appreciate having her come on a monthly basis prior to having my daughters visit. Kudos to Maid Mi Dia, especially Jessica!!

A very nice lady came out and great customer service on the phone when scheduling. They did a good job except she did not have a step stool so she only cleaned everything as far up as she could reach (mirrors, glass shower doors, etc). I also thought the price was high for what was needed.

Paloma, Lynette, and Rosa were wonderful. They cleaned all the rooms and surfaces. The service was well coordinated and detailed. Thank you! Will continue doing business with you!

On short notice, I decided to host Thanksgiving this year. With it just being 4 days away, I prayed that I'd find a cleaning service to help get my home in tip-top hosting shape. This was Sunday evening 11/23. I came across Maid Mi Dia and reached out via Google and got a response rather quickly that I'd be contacted. Well, today Monday 11/24 I got my call and decided to proceed with the service.
I was sent Ivonne and she arrived sooner than I expected (she finished a previous job sooner and was ready to help her next poor soul in need...ME!).
She was friendly, eager, and listened as I told her my story how I felt so blessed that I was able to find someone on such short notice. After we discussed what I needed (think priority list), off she went.

I made the HUGE mistake of trying Homeaglow.. after 3 HORRIBLE experiences, I came back to Maid Mi Dia. Shannon is the reason I returned. She is the most amazing housekeeper I have ever encountered! I will never make the mistake of "cheating" on Maid mi Dia or Shannon ever again!!! Not worth the headache!! I wish I could give this company and Shannon more than 5 stars! Stephanie runs a stellar business with top quality employees!

Shannon was amazing! I recently had surgery and needed help cleaning our home. Shannon was super sweet and she left the house smelling clean. The beds were made, house was vacuumed, mopped, and dusted. She cleaned the restrooms and the look super clean! My daughter's room was a MESS, it looks 10xs better!! I will request Shannon in the near future!

House cleaner is now familiar with all aspects of the home and needs no guidance and goes above and beyond with her efforts each time she cleans
