Highly recommend, will be back (if needed!)

When our washer went out, I googled “best Laundromat near me.” Lumin was one of the options and it did not disappoint. Extraordinarily clean thanks to two hard working attendants who routinely cleaned the machines, swept & vacuumed the floors, and cleaned up spills throughout my 2-hour visit. They have the most folding tables I have ever seen at a laundromat. Their machines are efficient, my XL load finishing in 36 minutes, including extra rinse. The dryers took only about 20-30 minutes to do their thing. I won’t even drop a star for the steep, steep prices. What is normally 5-loads at home, was one XL & 1-XS, and I used three dryers. It cost me almost $40. That said, had I been more careful about sorting and trusting the dryers to get done quickly, I probably could have gotten out of their for closer to $30.

This place is awesome! Not only is it clean, welcoming, spacious, reasonably priced but the owners are simply delightful! She walked me through every step carefully and was just so sweet! You can tell they love people and love what they do! From the TVs, comfy waiting chairs and even a water dispenser that offers cucumber and mint water options this place will make you want to do your laundry haha…. I will continue to come back! Thank you for your patience and help I really appreciate it!

Best experience at a Laundromat super clean machines and the dryers are so fast. Also the owner is super nice and willing to help with any laundry questions. They also have a great eco-friendly mission

Love this place. It is so clean and friendly. I have never been much of a fan of laundry mat places before but this is nice, clean and I feel safe. The owner Arne is fantastic, he is patient in teaching how to use the machines and always helpful.

Awesome! After living in the UK and France for years it’s nice to see the same style of Laundry place coming to the US. Also the fact that the machines were the same we were used to in France was a huge selling point for us.

As we were traveling through the area, a friend recommended this laundromat. Oh my gosh! This is the Cadillac of laundromats!! Brand-new, state-of-the-art machines. The owner was working (they always have an assistant on site) and he helped me get set up. He was cleaning the floors in between customers (rainy day). TVs and nice music. A-plus service, equipment, and experience!

The place is big with many machines to use. The space is clean and has comfy seating for waiting & convenient if you need to run any quick errands in the area. The washers and dryers are fast too. I’d recommend asking for help for first timers or if confused when paying on machines. Owners are very nice!

By far one of the best laundromats I've been to. Excellent staff, and free vitamin water. Just wow definitely worth it.

I never thought I would be sending my husband a text that reads “this laundromat is REALLY NICE!”, but here we are. I am blown away by Lumin Laundry! Staffed, bright, space to work and super friendly staff member to walk me through the process. The machines are new and FAST!

This is a great laundromat. The owners are super kind and are happy to assist. I recently brought a mattress pad in for cleaning. The owner threw epoxy cleaning in for free to brighten it up for me. Great customer service.

Very efficient and clean. Good service. Just a suggestion for your choice of TV channels - sports, home improvement or cooking shows are a better options than FOX or MSNBC in this day and age.

This gem offers a clean, roomy, and trendy Scandinavian atmosphere. The machines are top notch, the owner and employees are always friendly and helpful. I love coming here, I can work on my laptop while I launder! Everything is digital with a re-laodable Lumin card so no quarters needed, they even have refreshments!

Had a fantastic experience washing a large 2 person sleeping bag, the owner was very helpful answering a ton of my questions, and helped troubleshoot why the washing machine hadn't ran an extraction cycle to get all the water out. The dryers were very powerful, and I left with a completely dry sleeping bag after a 25 minute cycle. I paid about $25 total, which for a sleeping bag this large isn't too unreasonable. The facilities are very nice, and there's apparently a flavored water dispenser that I'll have to try out next time. Overall I'm very happy with this laundromat and will definitely be coming back again!

This my first time at this laundromat; Dena immediately recognized that I a bit confused lol. She came over and explained how everything worked. She was very welcoming and sweet! The space was very clean and quiet. I will be back.

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever used.

I don’t use laundromats often, the experience is usually pretty similar: a little dirty with dust bunnies on the ground, and some detergent spilled here and there. Usually it’s also kind of hot and and kind of loud. With no one to really help you as they’re busy doing the wash and fold, and hardly any carts around to move your wet laundry to the dryer.

Lumin is a game changer for laundromats. I didn’t believe I could feel this way about a laundromat.

I have a comforter that’s too big for my home washer and dryer, so I figured I’d take it to the new Lumin laundromat. The folks who work there are so helpful, they helped me select the right size washer and dryer, estimated how much money I’d need to do my washing, and then showed me how to operate their new washing machines. Lumin Laundry is AWESOME. If you’re looking for a clean and quiet place to do laundry then this is it. The whole facility is brand new and the laundry card operating system gives it a futuristic vibe. You load money onto a card - no coins, no cash. Also, the man who greeted my wife and I was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but he is great at serving customers. I would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10
