I love this place everybody is so nice and the place is clean and beautiful I have to love it.

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to! It was the cleanest and best-managed facility I’ve encountered. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially since it was my first time using their machines. They even offered me some detergent, which was nice of them, even though I had brought my own. They recommended that I use theirs to help clean my soiled king-size comforter. The staff was friendly, and the laundromat had nice TVs to watch and coffee available while you waited. It was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

Very clean friendly workers. They have TV’s so you can go watch sports or whatever you choose. Drinks. They have vending machine with necessities for laundry. My favorite place to clean my clothes.

On my first visit, the kind owner walked me through the entire process from buying the card to operating the machines. Speaking of machines, they are fast and efficient. It took less than one hour to wash and dry a thick queen comforter.

I had a comforter washed and dried, and it only took an hour and a half because they have high efficiency equipment that dries extremely fast. It was $30 to clean a king comforter which I didn’t think was too bad considering how expensive the comforter was and I couldn’t do it otherwise.

Never thought a laundromat would be what made me leave a review somewhere but this place is amazing. Arnie has taken an often neglected necessity and turned it into a luxury / third space. While traveling with a tour we stopped here twice because the combination of usable work space, WiFi, atmosphere, and assistance allowed us to maximize our time and ensure success.

From the laundry perspective, there are SO MANY super washers, but not at the detriment of other sizes. There is a true run of any size you would need and during my first visit I was actually ENCOURAGED to downsize a load to save money cause there were smaller machines available. Amazing! While waiting you also get to relax in the store, or walk around the shopping plaza. There is dedicated parking for Lumin customers, and plenty of overflow in the area with a grocery store in the same plaza if you needed to...

I just love supporting this business. The owners are always there, super friendly and helpful and they take pride in their business. I constantly see them cleaning, mopping, wiping things down and offering to help people. I love that they are all new clean machines and large capacity, so comfortable to wait for your goods.

Lumin laundromat is the best public laundromat. I trust them by far. I rather have my clothes done there than any other place!!

Went in to wash an extra large king comforter and ended up having them do it for me for such a great price! Super clean inside, can pay by card, wi fi available. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

I recently visited Lumin Laundry for the first time and had a great experience. The owner was very welcoming and walked me through everything, which made the process easy to understand. The space is well-designed and feels like the "Whole Foods" of laundromats—modern, clean, and thoughtfully set up.

While the pricing is on the premium side, it seems to help maintain a comfortable environment by discouraging some of the issues found at other laundromats. The facility itself is high-tech and efficient, though it might be a bit confusing for older customers unfamiliar with the system.

An added bonus is the clean restroom and water fountain, which are nice conveniences. Overall, Lumin Laundry is a great addition to Mountlake, and I would definitely recommend it.

So clean, excellent machines, efficient. I haven’t done laundry at a laundromat for years, it’s a little pricey (approx 15/ medium-large load) for wash and dry but it is quick and easy. Comfortable seats, did I mention clean?!? Really clean.

THIS IS THE BEST LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. So modern and clean and affordable standard rates. I won’t go anywhere else.

AMAZING doesn’t describe this establishment enough! Very clean with lots of amenities. Multiple size washers/dryers, very high tech. You can use cash/credit/EBT. There are refreshments to enough and an upgraded lounge area for customers to wait on their laundry. There’s a vending machine with laundry items to buy and a restroom for big loads.

My apartment's laundry machines weren't working so I found the highest rated laundry place within 20 miles. This place is it. Great machines, efficient, fast, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Oh yeah. This place is legit - and that's an understatement. Why don't you just recharge your phone while you recharge...yourself! Yes, you heard that right. Sit inside a cozy little single "pod" and charge your phone, or read the paper. Worried about how much detergent to use? Worried about leaving laundry unattended? *Lol/smh* Gone are the days of worry, seeing as there is a full-time attendant here. Not only working hard to keep this facility squeaky clean, but to answer your questions, and give you that extra piece of mind that it's way less likely your favorite undies will be stolen by some habitual panty-sniffing thief!

Arne (the owner) provided awesome customer service. I'd washed my wife's comforter and didn't smell some leftover scented soap in the machine. My wife is very sensitive to smells. Wasn't sure if re-washing would even work. Arne stepped in and personally re-washed (for free) and saved the comforter! What a relief! The Laundrymat is sparkling clean, great wifi signal strength and always has somebody around to help if you have an issue.

I recently visited this laundry facility to wash my California King comforter and floor runners, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. This place is, without a doubt, the cleanest and most well-maintained laundry facility I have ever used. The husband and wife team who run it are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire process enjoyable.

The washers are not only efficient but also very clean. While the prices are slightly higher than some other places, the quality of service justifies the cost. Notably, I was amazed that the dryer took only 15 minutes to completely dry my California King comforter, which usually takes much longer elsewhere.

If you're looking for a reliable and spotless laundry facility, I highly recommend checking this one out. You won't be disappointed!
