Lumin Laundry

Who knew it was possible to be this happy about a laundromat? The facility is clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful, the machines work well, the prices are reasonable, and the sparkling water machine is a really nice touch. I just hope this laundromat stays the way it is and never changes.

Lisa and Addie were awesome! I was a foster time user and didn’t know exactly how to operate the machines and they both made the process easy! I really enjoyed Lumin laundry and I wish they had locations further south! Kent area! Thank you!

This place is amazing. Super affordable, they have all the supplies needed for washing and drying. They are fast machines as well. The staff is kind and Lisa was extra helpful with the set up.

Today was my first time using Lumin Laundry. I appreciate the drop off option. Dropped my comforter off just after 9 AM and picked it up just after noon. Great customer service and the comforter looks great and smells amazing! I'll be back!

Do not let the cost per wash deter you!

I was able to put a whole week's worth of laundry for a 2 person + dog household (including sheets and a man's coat) into a single "Small" size washing machine and everything came out excellently clean, very quickly. The exact same load went into a "Medium" size dryer all together and was 100% dry (including the coat!) in 25min.

My washer broke. Waiting on a part. Found Lumin.. So clean and Ashley at the service desk provided impeccable customer service. If you need to drop off laundry, they have that service too!

I stopped in to Lumin Laundry to was a couple of large comforters that were too big for my home washer/dryer. The place was unlike any laundromat I've ever been to... clean, bright, and with very fancy modern equipment.

A sign at the entrance instructs new visitors to speak with a staff member, and doing so was a delight. I spoke with one of the owners, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She guided me through the use of the new machines and advised on which ones were most suitable to the items I was washing, and overall made the process (one that I had been dreading) very easy!

This is definitely where I'll be taking my blankets and comforters to be washed in the future!

I’ve been here a few times and it has always been such an amazing experience. There aren’t a lot of laundry mats in this area and they really nailed it! From the customer service, to the quality of machines, cleanliness and even the cute seating with a drink bar. I’m so lucky to have this in my neighborhood.

Many machines open (even on a Sunday!), super clean, comfy chairs and sitting area, free flavored sparkling water, many magazines, and super helpful attendants.

I had two big thick queen size comforters and it came out to $19 for 1 large sized washer and 2 large dryers. Very reasonable!

If I have big stuff to launder again I’m bringing it here!

Great work in a speedy manner! They were able to get our cleaning done within the day for a very affordable amount!

This is the best laundry in have ever been to. They offer every service and all of their washers are new and high tech from Sweden. They even have a new water machine that gives flavored water with sparkling options. I felt like I was in Europe!!!

Best experience ever!!! My jaw dropped that THIS place is a laundromat. High-end appliances, the most wonderful and helpful staff ever - Shannae is amazing. Everything is super clean, there is a cute soda machine, fun music at the perfect volume level, WiFi… I felt like I was in a hip coffee/internet hub with the best vibes. I never thought I could love a laundromat this much!

The place is super clean and inviting. Then they have huge washers and dryers for reasonable prices. The machines are so fast. I got 80 pounds of laundry done in about an hour and half and that's only because I left to eat lunch. The washer took 32 mins and the dryer was done long before the 25 minutes I had put on it.

Also, the staff was so helpful and nice. One lady, Kathleen, went above and beyond. She walked me through the entire process and gave me tips. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. They also have free Wi-Fi and soda water.

I dont usually recommend places but this was just an amazing experience from start to finish.

What a Great Laundry mat. Super clean and pleasant. I had a very large down cushion cover that got stained so I brought it in to use the XL machines. Arnie the owner greeted me and explained all the machines. He guided me in the correct direction to get the proper cleaning I needed. Machines worked great, removed the stain and dryers worked well on down. They even have a flavored water spout and a nice seating area while you wait. Great experience overall! I'd use them again for big jobs!

It is a clean, large, and easy to navigate system with very friendly and helpful assistance if needed. The machines are strong enough to handle the washing and drying of heavier and larger items if needed. Which helps me to wash my aging dog’s bedding. Thanks Lumin laundry services in shoreline for helping to make my life and others easier.

Addie Avery and Lisa are spectacular they're very knowledgeable about laundry and super friendly to all of the customers they make me feel like I'm part of the family ! :-)

Our washer and dryer have been down for a bit, and in the past when this has happened we've been prepared for an uncomfortable, low quality experience, but here its the opposite. Everything is so clean, and there is free wifi! There's plenty of seating and comfy nooks that have desks which are perfect for getting work done while waiting for a load of laundry. Lastly, there is this custom drink mixture thing that I quite enjoyed. Definitely coming back next time we need a laundromat!

This the the cleanest, most efficient, spacious laundromat I have ever been to. I will return here often for sure. Highly recommend!!!!

If i could give 6 stars I would! Excellent experience.
