Lumin Laundry

First time laundromat user - it was excellent! Very helpful staff, clean, smelled great. Would def go again :)

All I can say is WOW!! This is the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been to.
Absolutely spotless. First laundromat I've been to with no lent all over the floors. Very bright and welcoming. Helpful Staff. They have free Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks.

Lumin by far is the most efficient, friendly, spotless and clean, top of the line machines,. Fair prices as well! Personnel is always knowledgeable and personable and friendly! Lisa is especially awesome and I can tell she really likes her job. I give this place 10 stars if it were possible.

I've been doing my laundry here for several months and it has made things a lot easier for me. They keep everything clean and have been friendly and helpful.

Very clean, highly orchestrated, easy to use.
Very excited to know this place.

This place is truly the best laundromat I have ever been to. Super clean, plenty of machines, nice sitting areas, bathroom, a drink machine, a vending machine of all laundry stuff you may need. It’s beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be using this place for any future laundry needs.

Nicest laundry I've ever used. On site personnel were amazingly helpful, knowledgable and professional. Fully cleaned and restored a valued and valuable tent fly I thought mildew had destroyed.

Lisa was lovely!

This place is awesome - clean and bright. The woman who works here was super helpful. Great business!

Beautiful, clean, bright, and airy laundromat! Highly recommend

Love how clean and the attendant is on site and helpful.

Kristen was incredibly helpful. Being my first time in a laundromat, she made the process clear, simple, and exceedingly easy.

If for no other reason, pick here because of the customer service. 10/10!

Clean facility, lovely staff! Efficient wash & fold. Will return again with my bulky items!

Incredible service from Ashley who was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to deep clean my comforters!! Will return again!

After putting off washing some bulky items I had for 5 YEARS (!!!), I finally made my way to Lumin Laundry today. Washing bulky items may be my new favorite hobby. I was welcomed at the door and my extremely friendly and helpful guide, Ari, walked me through everything from getting my card set up, which washer and dryer sizes and settings were best for my items, and showing me the free sparkling water machine. Huge thumbs up for this place. There were tons of machines and it was immaculate! My loads were washed and dried in about 45 minutes! I will be back!

Very clean. Efficient machines abd helpful staff. Highly recommend. Well, except it was a little expensive.

Avery was super kind and help me the best way possible her attitude and guest service is excellent 👌 😇 I love this place I feel welcome and well treated. A+

Very clean and modern with very courteous and professional staff.

**8-10-2026 Still great.**

Arne helped me navigate every step of washing and drying my comforter.

New business with excellent customer service, high quality machines, breathable space.

Coming here, Sundays spent doing big laundry will be a little more pleasant.

Went here to do laundry while on a work trip. I think this is the best laundromat I have been to - anywhere- ever. The person who was working there was really helpful and professional. Great location too with restaurants and a Starbucks nearby to spend time in while the wash/dryer cycles are running.

The machines worked very well. The staff was polite and helpful. We took our laundry here after both washers broke at the Embassy Suites nearby (we wasted our time and money at Embassy Suites doing laundry but that’s a different story).

Lumin Laundry is very well maintained, clean, has free drinks, and though the prices are a little higher than I might expect, the machines are great and clothes come out perfect.

Unimaginably fabulous! This company has elevated doing laundry to a very pleasant experience. Cleanliness, quality machines, big tables for folding & available supplies are baseline - this place has helpful attendants, wi-fi, music softly playing, TVs with closed caption, desks, monitored bathrooms, magazines, and even a flavored water station, gratis. Highly recommend!

Kind workers, clean, well stocked- I can’t say enough good things!

Gold standard of laundromats. The facilities are immaculate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The machines are new. Its a smooth painless operation and there is a free flavored water machine.

I was traveling and just got to shoreline. I got home after a long day of running errands and realized I didn’t have my debit card. I’m not gonna lie - I spazzed out of for 5 mins. It was about 6-7pm when I called the shop. They said they were holding it at the desk. I said I would be there the next day. Such nice ladies - always greeting and working. I appreciate the reliability of this shop! I would recommend 10/10

Stopped in to do laundry on a roadtrip and staff was so friendly helping direct us! This was one of the nicest, cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. Everything was easy to navigate and we were able to get in and out quickly!

Ashley helped us and she was incredible. The laundry took about an hour to wash and dry. The service was exceptional. It was a really great experience all around. Not to mention it’s the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to.

Very clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly attendants. Lots of machines, including extra large ones that can handle two king-sized comforters at the same time!

Stopped here while on a PNW road trip. This is the best laundromat I’ve been too. We were super impressed with how bright and clean it is. The staff was super friendly and helped us get set up.
