Arne (the owner) provided awesome customer service. I'd washed my wife's comforter and didn't smell some leftover scented soap in the machine. My wife is very sensitive to smells. Wasn't sure if re-washing would even work. Arne stepped in and personally re-washed (for free) and saved the comforter! What a relief! The Laundrymat is sparkling clean, great wifi signal strength and always has somebody around to help if you have an issue.

I recently visited this laundry facility to wash my California King comforter and floor runners, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. This place is, without a doubt, the cleanest and most well-maintained laundry facility I have ever used. The husband and wife team who run it are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire process enjoyable.

The washers are not only efficient but also very clean. While the prices are slightly higher than some other places, the quality of service justifies the cost. Notably, I was amazed that the dryer took only 15 minutes to completely dry my California King comforter, which usually takes much longer elsewhere.

If you're looking for a reliable and spotless laundry facility, I highly recommend checking this one out. You won't be disappointed!

Had 8 large comforters and the like to clean. Went here. Absolutely unbelievable place, seriously. Spacious. CLEAN. Bright. Plentiful carts. Lots of folding area. Lots and lots of washers and driers, huge and normal sized. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Wi-fi. Self-service or they provide service (promptly and at reasonable cost). Easy in-and-out location (off I-5) and lots of dedicated parking. Did I say clean? It's not like any laundry you've ever been in or will be in again. Get something dirty just so you can stop in and use their services. Even if you live miles and miles and miles away, it's worth it -- no laundry you'll drive past on your way holds a candle to Lumin Laundry. Try it. I can't wait to go back. Really. And it's clean.

First time in. Impressed with the facility and staff. So clean and bright! Washing all of my rugs and I’m glad I get to sit here and read in the nice environment

I was sooooooooo pleased by my experience here! It's clean and bright and super easy and fast! I had the equivalent of 4 loads in 1 large machine! It only took 28 minutes! The dryer was just as awesome! And nowhere near as expensive as I anticipated! I live in the Green Lake area but drove here due to the referral from friends. Worth it!

The staff (owner) was incredibly helpful. He helped me get a stain out of my new Ruggable rug and it looks brand new. Walked me through the best options to ensure not to damage the rug. While I waited I enjoyed magazines and complimentary water oin a spotless environment. I would highly recommend this facility!

This winters first blow out causing 2024 poweroutage palooza threw my AFH for a loop! With six residents, with all that it entails with care and dementia the laundry in two days overwhelmed us beyond belief! I found Lumin laundromat on line and took our HUGE LOAD to them. We could not take the time to stay there as caring for folks with no power is not a joke! The manager took our load, washed and dried and folded them and I could have cried! This place took loads off our shoulders and we are so relieved. It’s clean, it’s spacious, it’s safe and you all should come do your laundry there! I can’t say enough about this establishment! The best!

Lumin Laundry is the best. It's always clean, has an abundance of high quality washers & dryers, has comfortable seating, and large areas for folding your laundry. The prices are reasonable, they offer free sparkling water, and it's in a great, safe location. The owners are really sweet, too!

Such a nice clean friendly place. Load sizes washers from small to x-large! Close to grocery store for snacks while you wait for your laundry to get done! TV WiFi too!! Nice bright spot!

Went to try and wash a large area rug (washable) that would not fit in my washer. The staff and owners were so helpful throughout the entire process. The place was clean, equipment was clean, easy to use and they had everything you needed.

So glad I decided to drive a little further to try this place. I will be back again the next time my rug needs washed.
