What a Great Laundry mat. Super clean and pleasant. I had a very large down cushion cover that got stained so I brought it in to use the XL machines. Arnie the owner greeted me and explained all the machines. He guided me in the correct direction to get the proper cleaning I needed. Machines worked great, removed the stain and dryers worked well on down. They even have a flavored water spout and a nice seating area while you wait. Great experience overall! I'd use them again for big jobs!

It is a clean, large, and easy to navigate system with very friendly and helpful assistance if needed. The machines are strong enough to handle the washing and drying of heavier and larger items if needed. Which helps me to wash my aging dog’s bedding. Thanks Lumin laundry services in shoreline for helping to make my life and others easier.

Our washer and dryer have been down for a bit, and in the past when this has happened we've been prepared for an uncomfortable, low quality experience, but here its the opposite. Everything is so clean, and there is free wifi! There's plenty of seating and comfy nooks that have desks which are perfect for getting work done while waiting for a load of laundry. Lastly, there is this custom drink mixture thing that I quite enjoyed. Definitely coming back next time we need a laundromat!

This the the cleanest, most efficient, spacious laundromat I have ever been to. I will return here often for sure. Highly recommend!!!!

What an awesome spot to catch up on your laundry! I think this is the only time I’ve ever enjoyed doing my laundry. There are spots to sit and wait, and really nice standing tables for folding. The machines work so quickly, and the owner is so kind and friendly! Will be back soon!

Edit: One year later and I’m still impressed! We just tried their in home laundry service pickup and drop off. It was worth every cent. My closet is so beautiful now, and the clothes smell amazing! Also, the bows coming back on the bag are adorable.

The fees for the washing machines seem expensive, well…. Location, washing machines and dryers are worth every penny,

It’s been a while since I used a laundry place. I had to wash and dry a large number of table cloths for our organization and decided to come try this place. And I’m so glad I did! Boy, this couldn’t be any further than the usual places I used before! It’s so nice and clean, with comfy places to hang out while waiting for your loads to finish, looks so modern and smells good inside. I also found the prices very reasonable and the front desk people super helpful and attentive. This sets a new bar for doing laundry!

This place is like the Apple Store of laundry. So nice and clean and everything just works! 10/10 will be back!

I have been here multiple times to wash large items, including ruggable rugs. Each time I have had great experiences with the attendants, who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made great recommendations and guided me through the process. The last time I visited was due to a rug that was the recipient of doggy diarrhea. The attendant was so helpful, the rug came out perfectly!!!!

This place is incredible. Totally unique and revolutionary laundromat. My first time I came in and read the signage to seek an attendant. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Innovative card system, wifi, clean and bright seating area with magazines and water and charging outlets. Best laundromat I've ever been to.

A week visiting Seattle and no hotel laundry led me to Lumin Laundry. As promised, super clean, wonderfully helpful owner, and about $20AUD to wash and dry a small load of washing in less than an hour (including laundry powder and softener!!). Felt safe, Starbucks 20 metres away, and restrooms on site. Free Wifi. Short drive out of Seattle downtown. Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality.

Lumin is great! This is my first time coming here and the facility is very nice. Lisa is awesome. She helped me get my card set up and showed me the ropes. I’ll definitely be back.

Lumin Laundry is an absolutely phenomenal space - clean, modern Electrolux machines, super-friendly attendants, plenty of parking and it’s quiet. If it were possible, I would give it 10 stars!!

Never thought a trip to the laundromat could be fun and enjoyable! Addie is such a kind and helpful human being. Cannot recommend Lumin Laundry enough!
