Love My Maids

I had a positive experience with Love My Maids. They paid attention to almost all the details and were friendly and professional throughout. Monique and Irene were the cleaners and both did a solid job. My price for the service ended up being $325 with tax which was about $100 more than the highest price previous cleaners I've used but they did a far better job. I've used 3 other cleaners and this was the best job to date.

I'm a senior lady on social security disability. I have previously hired two other cleaning company's. I used one service for over a year and another one just once. I need a clean home, I always pay for a deep detailed clean prior to starting monthly service. with the other companies it was a chore for me to make sure the cleaning people were trained and knew how to clean. LOVE MY MAIDS has sent me people that know how to clean and have great attitudes, they actually ask me to check what they have completed to make sure I'm satisfied and happy with a particular room or part of the house. when I have mentioned something they have great attitudes are more than happy to go over something they missed which is rare. I've been using Love My Maids since January. The service has been wonderful so far. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a dedicated person; I seem to have a new person every time. This isn't particularly a bad thing because the service each time has been great.

Update: another year gone by and Jennet is still the best. I wouldnt hv anyone else work in my house. Love My Maids has not let me down in any way to date. I recommend you contact them for your cleaning needs!!

We hv been using Love My Maids for over a year now. They have always been great to work with. They helped us get our house ready to put on the market and weve been using them every since. Ginger has been great in working around our scheduling needs. Ive never had an issue contacting her and shes always friendly. Jennet is wonderful!! She can clean better than 3 other woman put together. My wife and son both love her and even our pets follow her around the house! I highly recommend them!!!!

I love my maid Tammi. She is the best. The house is immaculate and she takes care not to let my cats out. Ginger and the whole team are 100% dedicated to customer service.

Jennifer did an excellent job in cleaning our apartment. She was gracious enough to stay overtime and finished all the tasks. She has a great attitude and very good with our kids as well. I would definitely recommend her anytime.

I have been using Love My Maids for several years. There are not enough words to describe how pleased I am with this service. I let the owner, Ginger, know right up front that my expectations were very high. She assured me that I would not be disappointed and, to say the least, I am beyond thrilled with this company. Harlinda is always on time, friendly, courteous and does a marvelous job cleaning my home. My daughter is also using Harlinda to clean her home and she is extremely pleased with her and this company, also!

Great company and great service! Excellent keep up the great work. I’ve used them for two years and Mayetta is awesome. Mayetta is awesome especially when my cat and dog has a tendency to try to interfere. She does everything she’s supposed above and beyond my expectations. Keep up the great job! Update 08/07/2018: Mayetta is awesome. My apartment complex said my apartment was awesome to move out. Mayetta comes every week and cleans. For the assistant manager and the manager to say that everything was perfect is a reflection on Mayetta’s work ethics and how well she does her job. My dog and cat love her. Hired Love My Maids to come do a deep cleaning on my home and LOVED IT. I keep wondering why I didn't do this sooner. Beth and Nicole did an AMAZING job cleaning my dirty house. I’ve always been on the fence about having a cleaning service clean my home. Nervous about in my home and judging how dirty my house can get. Well let me tell you......Mayetta is fantastic. She is sooo friendly, so kind to my animals and does a super cleaning job. I’m never nevous how clean or dirty my home is before she comes and I feel very safe to leave her alone in our home. May is dope! she organizes my desk and my mom was so impressed with clean my room has been.

May is the best! She always put my packages on my desk for me when I’m not home. She’s always upbeat and consistently the bomb.

Mayetta has been cleaning my son’s house for almost 2 years now. When we moved, we made sure that she came with us. She’s the best. My grandkids adore her. She’s so consistent and upbeat. I couldn’t ask for a better maid.

We have been using Love My Maids every two weeks for over a year and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is bonded, courteous, professional - and extremely nice. Our credit card is on file, so we never have to worry about a money exchange. We work out of our home, so we are present when the cleaning is done - with very little interruption in our work. It took us a little while to find who best fit our style, but when we found the wonderful woman that cleans our house now, we asked for her on a permanent basis. That request was granted immediately. Haven't looked back. Highly recommend Love My Maids.
