Absolutely Fantastic. LaTonya, who did this cleaning, is very professional and honest. You can simply leave the house for LaTonya to clean the house without any instructions, she knows it.

Patty was thorough and detailed, and stayed a few minutes later until the job was finished. Heather was fast and did a great job, and had a few minutes to spare for a last minute kitchen wipedown. I'm always grateful to Brooke and her team, as I don't need the whole house done - just bits now and then - and she's always got someone willing to give me a hand. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have used Love My Maids (LMM) ever since we moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in 2017. Throughout these many months we have had about four steady, wonderful cleaners from LMM work in our home. Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner!

Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way....

The staff is always so efficient, professional, and caring, creating a clean and healthy environment for us to live in.

We’ve used LMM for over a year now but recently went weekly and we were assigned a new associate named Cora. She is amazing! The house is of course spotless, but she does little things around the house that shows she cares, such as putting away dishes and cleaning under the couches. We’re blown away each Friday with how she finds a way to outperform.

Jennifer is our AMAZING house cleaner, and we have NEVER been more pleased!! Jennifer goes out of her way to insure our needs are met. I had Love My Maids come in for a deep clean in preparation for selling my house. Seriously the place is now cleaner than it was when I bought it! The cleaning crew - Cora, Stephene, and Melaney - did a fantastic job! They were friendly, meticulous, and very thorough. If I wasn't moving away from the area, I would use Love My Maids for bimonthly cleaning without hesitation.

Love My Maids is absolutely wonderful! Jen cleaned my house this week and did a wonderful job. She had such detailed attention to the little things, like presentation of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels that showed she truly cares about her work.

I bought a Spring Cleaning for my best friend as a birthday gift. Love my Maids did an excellent job! I was there while she was cleaning and the house smelled really good. My friend was concerned about dark scuff marks on the floor and they were all gone. I know her(the house cleaner) phone rang several times but she was focused on her job. Bathrooms looked really good and she cleaned the blinds and dusted the ceiling fans. I would recommend them for being professional and taking time to do a through job. I wish I remembered her name because she was so polite.
