Ginger, Kathy, Shawna and their excellent team of maids deserve a round of applause. I ran into May ( Mayetta) at the store and she was as polite as ever. It’s always nice to see that there are still good people out there. Mayetta is the best.

There is not enough I can say about Kirostin from Love my maids. She helps me maintain my sanity with the help she provides with keeping my house clean; I'm sure is a struggle for any working family. Love my maids is trustworthy, reliable, and a all around blessing to have. I would refer them anytime!

Service done 12/13/17-Rebecca did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the company as they were very easy to work with and made sure my appointment time was met. Rebecca was wonderful, kept busy the whole time and was very thorough. The price is very reasonable and I am looking forward to a lasting relationship with these people.

I have been using Love My Maids since 2015 and they are amazing. They deliver consistent, quality cleaning every time. Plus, the customer centered service is a breath of fresh air!

I am a working mom with a 6 month old and 3 year old and barely any time to clean. The owner, Ginger called me right before my last scheduled clean to ask what my priorities were since my house needed a deep clean. I told her to focus on the main areas and the bathrooms and not to even worry about cleaning the bedrooms. To my surprise, the bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms and other living areas looked great too! I'm pretty sure just one cleaner showed up at first and Love My Maids made the extra effort to bring in another cleaner to help and I am very thankful for that. Now, my house is super clean and we're ready to host a fun holiday get together with family.

I had Mayetta as my maid. She is phenomenal, she is the reason we signed up for bi-weekly. She's always energetic, singing. She livens up the cleaning experience. She's always going above and beyond our expectations.

Love My Maids did a fantastic job. Without getting into the details, I initially had a small problem with my cleaning and contacted Shawna(Customer Service Manager), within 30 minutes of my call she already had someone at my door ready to finish the job. Both her and the owner, Ginger, contacted me and later followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work that was done. The customer service was better than any I have ever experienced and they have definitely earned my business for a long time! Give them a try, you wont regret it!

Love My Maids did my initial cleaning this Wednesday. All I can say is WOW! They did a fabulous job. I looked all over for that "spot they missed", but never found it. The even vacuumed my dogs beds! Coming home to such a clean house immediately put me in a good mood. I really do "Love My Maid"!

Ginger and team are a complete pleasure to work with. They provide top notch customer service as well as amazing cleaning services. Everything is spic and span clean when they are finished AND I don't have to be home for the job to be done to perfection! I truly appreciate it!

Ginger was great setting up the cleaning. I had new floor installed and there was dust everywhere. Ginger found time to fit me into their schedule on the day I wanted. It was nice to come home to a clean house.

I Love My Maids! Amber and Elainie did a great 5 Star job despite the rush and time restraint.
My only reason for the 4 stars is because it was not explained by the owner that the hours of service promised are based on "man hours" provided. I was scheduled for a 5-6 hour Spring Clean but, only received 3 hours of service since there were 2 ladies. It makes sense, but should have been properly explained ahead of time. They had to skip over certain details ( linen & laundry room) in order to make time, which wasn't fair to them or myself.
Looking forward to having either one of the ladies back for service, they both did an amazing job!

I am so impressed; I got a quote over the phone and scheduled my cleaning appointment on the same call. They came on time, cleaned thoroughly and am very much so looking forward to my regularly scheduled cleanings. Just had my first cleaning with Love My Maids. From the beginning, the process was very easy. I scheduled online and Ginger called me within 24 hours to verify my needs and set me up with an appointment. We also scheduled my recurring cleaning appointment for next month at the same time. My cleaner, Calabrea, texted me to let me know when she was on her way. When she arrived we did a walkthrough and I told her about the areas that were important to me (I hate cleaning the bathroom), and the ones that she didn't really have to worry about. She did an amazing job. My bathroom and kitchen were pristine. My stepdaughter's bedroom and bathroom ( the areas I told her not to worry too much about) were cleaner than they have been since we moved in. While we were doing our walkthrough, my cat who is usually not that friendly with new people put his paws up on Calabrea's leg to say...
