Love My Maids

LOVE Love My Maids! Ginger and Kathy have a rock-solid business, and their team is great. They have been cleaning our house for about a year now, and I could not be happier. They use safe products and my house is always spotless. I've never had any problems, and our cleaning lady is so personable and actually takes notice of us and our needs and our lives. We got married two weeks ago and she left notes of encouragement and help throughout the process. Ginger and Kathy are wonderful and I would recommend their services to anyone in the DFW area! Love, Love LOVE!!!

I've already written two reviews, I know one is on YELP, I remember the other but, we've been very satisfied using Jennette. She's always on time, has a great attitude and I'm sure is exactly what Love My Maids looks for!

I am so impressed with the service of this company. The owner, Ginger, is very sweet and accommodating. The cleaner, Jeanette, did an absolute amazing job on our move-in cleaning. She went above and beyond anything I expected. I will be contacting them for any of my future cleaning needs.

I look forward to Harlinda coming once a month! I come home to a spotless house and it is so obvious that she took special care and love in every room. Such a blessing to have found Love My Maids!

We went with Love My Maids after a rather shaky experience with another maid service where things turned up missing, the person we hired would bring different people in the house each and every time and then the maids house was broken into and all the customers keys were stolen. That was it for us.

LaTanya is our current maid for LMM and she comes in, does her job and gets on to her next job. She's always polite and punctual. So far, we've been happy with the service.

The lady who cleaned my home did a fine job and I'm very particular about cleaning. Friendly office staff as well. Thanks !

I have had the best experience with Love my Maids! I absolutely love having Jennet come clean my house every 2 weeks. I am an attorney and I work from home on the days that Jennet comes to clean my house. She is never disruptive and it is always such a wonderful feeling to be done with work and have a house that is sparkling clean and smells great! It truly makes my weekends SO much more enjoyable. I have enjoyed getting to know Jennet and cannot imagine having my house cleaned by anyone else. In addition, Ginger is kind, honest, and friendly and is ALWAYS flexible with my crazy schedule. It is obvious that she cares about her clients and she always does whatever necessary to put the customer first. I would recommend that anyone looking for a cleaning service try to get on Jennet's schedule at Love My Maids!

I posted this on Yelp also but wanted to make sure Google audience saw my feedback: I'm coming up on a year of using services from Love My Maids and let me tell you, I couldn't be more thrilled to be a regular customer. We have a dedicated staff member come by every time for our scheduled cleaning, I know exactly when to expect their arrival and can plan my day accordingly. Each visit we are asked if there are any areas that need special attention, and at the end of the appointment (if we are home) to confirm the quality of work meets our expectations. We absolutely love the quality of service and plan to use Love My Maids as long as we can. Our regular cleaning appointment includes dusting, floor cleaning, mirrors cleaned, special attention to the bathroom and kitchen, and the cleaning products used smell very fresh and pleasant. No harsh chemical odors after our appointment is...

Love My Maids is an awesome company! Ginger's teams do quality work and really care about the final result. I highly recommend them!

I recently had Love My Maids do a Spring Cleaning. My house was in really bad condition and I had doubts as to how much could be accomplished in the six hour time frame. Tony was the person who came out and I was thoroughly impressed. He worked quickly and efficiently and left my home looking good and smelling clean and fresh. I recommend this service highly.

Love the professionalism this team offers. My house was a mess and Cynthia did an excellent job with spring cleaning. I smiled when I walked through the door. It's such a pleasure to come home from work to a clean home.Ginger is very organized and kept me informed. I will be using this service every two weeks.

I love my maids! These ladies know how to clean! I would highly recommend.

Best maid service we've had living in the area (we've used four different services over the years). Ginger is organized and her teams are reliable and thorough, and if there is any kind of a problem Ginger works with you to resolve it. There was an issue with one of her former employees and she handled it as well as anyone could have.

Prices are reasonable given that this is a legitimate business and not an under-the-table enterprise. I highly recommend Love My Maids!

Love My Maids does an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They go above and beyond on customer service.

I hired Love My Maids to clean my moms house in Arlington. Theyre on time and when they leave she says her house is spotless.

Our daughter recently moved from an apartment in Arlington July 2015, and we needed a move out cleaning. Even though we waited until the last minute to arrange this cleaning, Ginger accommodated our tight schedule. Ginger was professional and helpful on the phone when she called back to set this up. She called back within a few hours of the request via email to her.

Raven and Crystal were the team members to clean the apartment and they did an awesome job. When my husband and I first stepped into the kitchen after they wer done, the super shiny, sparkling stove caught our attention. The counters, fridge, stove, shelves dishwasher were all cleaned thoroughly as well.

The wood floors downstairs was mopped and cleaned well and the carpet on stairs and up in the bedroom were vacuumed and cleaned well. The bathroom looked like a different place entirely...
