Long Island Egress Pros

I am in the process of legalizing the basement and attic floors of my home. In order for this to be approved by the building department, it is necessary to have egress windows installed. The windows have openings that allows people to escape in the event of a fire. The most difficult part of this process was being told that the installation of a basement egress window means that a hole more then 4-5 feet deep has to be dug into the ground. When I called Egress Pros, I was immediately greeted by such a friendly person named Randy who made this process seem so simple. He indicated that his company installs hundreds of windows and digs underground pits on a daily basis, at least 100 times per month. I was immediately at ease, and knew that I wanted this company that has so much experience handle this project. An extremely knowledgeable man named Ron was the coordinator of this project. He responded to all of my emails and text messages within an hour. He was there through every step of the way; he truly eased my anxiety. This type of project as I was told by another Contractor would take one week to complete, Ron said that his team would complete this work within one day. Immediately I knew I would save money and time. I am so happy with the outcome of the egress windows! Ron saved the day! Prior to the installation process, he had a gas company map out the gas lines around the house. The Architect recommended egress windows in an area that was actually surrounded by gas lines. If Ron did not have the gas technician map out the gas lines, I would’ve had a hole deep into the ground and a hole in the side of my house, only to be told that the windows could not be installed in that location. Ron’s proactive approach saved me a ton of money and time in every way. Ron, you are heaven sent! You are so calm, knowledgeable and so kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I know this is your job, but you answered every text message and every call and was truly there for me every step of this process. I highly recommend Egress Pros, Ron, Eric’s Crew and Randy to every single homeowner in this country, or at least to those that are looking to install egress windows or legalize the basement area and attic areas in New York. This company completely eliminated the need for a contractor which would have added several thousands of dollars to this project. That would have been a third party cost that would not be necessary since Egress Pros handles everything. Randy and Ron-Thank you for being so kind and walking me through this process step by step.
