We needed to install an egress window before selling our home. We found Egress Pros through an internet search. We contracted with them and were extremely satisfied. Their pricing was precise. The final cost was exactly as stated in the contract. Linda helped us with getting the information needed for the permit. Once we had that, it was a simple matter of scheduling the installation. Everything with Egress Pros was excellent, I left my contact info late, past closing, and Linda returned my call the next morning, and came that day for an estimate, we scheduled a day , about 10 days our, Carlos and his crew came out and did a wonderful, clean professional job, you could have an immaculate finished basement and when they are done , you still will, they control and clean up any and all debris, if they need to cut your wall, they repair all the way to the moldings, I could not be Happier with the job . I was given an appointment time of 8:00am and they arrived on time (even a bit early) which is important to me. Ron Mayer my sales guy was there to introduce me to the team and their lead guy Carlos who showed me exactly what would occur. They began their work and I returned to mine (I work from home). Sometime later Carlos brought to the work site to advise that the sprinkler lines needed to be cut/moved and I gave him the ok. Near the end, Carlos showed me the work being finished and how to operate the window. They were courteous, clean and efficient. A job well done! Would definitely refer! Read more >
