We recently got an egress window with well installed by Egress Pros. They did a fabulous job starting from the sales person Ryan, who explained various options very clearly helping us pick the right option to coordinating with our contractor to get the construction materials into the basement via the hole they made to build the window. Juan and his team were meticulous in executing the job in exact estimated time. They are very patient and friendly through the process. Appreciate their professionalism. We had a great experience with Egress Pros. During the intial home visit, Ryan was very clear on the work to be done, what we could expect of the work involved and the final product, and on the costs. We decided during that visit to contract them. For the day of the install, the team arrived at the planned time of 8am. Carlos, the team lead, cordially introduced himself and gave more detail on what we could expect from the install. They got right to work and relatively quickly ran into an obstacle in finding the sewage pipe was partially in the planned location, for which they quickly pivoted, adusted the location by 5" and continued the work. Great experience!! My wife and I have been discussing an egress window ever since we moved in 5 years ago. I was worried about the damage it could cause because we had a finished basement. It caused none!!

Ron and Miguel made the process smooth and easy. The initial meeting with Ron was very easy. He had all the answers we needed and learned a lot about how egress works and what our options were.

The day of install Miguel and his team was extremely nice and professional. They protected down stairs and did the work without any issues. Once they were done the basement was just as clean as it was when they come.

The fact that they can put these windows into a finished space and make it look like it always belonged is unbelievable.

Egress pros did a great job! We had an estimate by Ron who explained everything to us and helped us decide what we needed. They installed an egress window and a sunshine window in our basement, as well as a fireball by our heater. They came at 8 o’clock and were done by 2:30.
