I had two egress windows installed in my basement which look amazing! The quality of the work was matched by the professionalism of the crew. Miguel and Carlos were incredible crew leaders. They listened to Hispanic Christian music while they worked, which I personally loved. Ron (the owner) worked with me on a price to fit my budget. Couldn’t be more pleased with my egress experience.

It was a real pleasure to have the team at Egress Pro at our home. Ron patiently explained the process to us and showed us the many options. On the day of the install, Juan, Eric and their crew were very pleasant and completed the job in one day. We recommend this team for your egress needs!

Egress pros did a great job and the team and Team leader Juan are very professional. Juan was very informative and kept me abreast with all aspects of the job.

This review is long overdue due to a crazy schedule, but Egress Pros installed a beautiful egress window in my basement on 12/2/24, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From my initial and subsequent meetings with Howard to the installation itself, the company was extremely forthcoming with all information, wonderfully flexible in accommodating my schedule and very helpful with financing. The installation itself went exactly as it was presented to me - On-time arrival, one day install and clean finish. I’m thrilled to have this safety feature in my home. If you’re looking for egress in your home, these are the people you want.

From day one my experience has been professional and beyond my expectations. Ron was honest and even suggested ideas which we went with. Juan and his team arrived earlier than expected and explained what they were going to do. I am so impressed by their work. They kept the area clean and tidy and when finished Juan once again explained the finished product. It’s really hard to find good workmanship and they all get a 10/10 from me. I would definitely recommend Ron, Juan and his team.

I'm very happy with the work that was done. As a contractor this is the work I like to see done on my my jobs. Ron was very polite and trust worthy and gave me his word on the execution of the job. 3 egress windows installed in one day! After owning my home for over 15 years, I finally had an egress window installed in my basement, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The job was completed in just one day. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I was initially concerned about potential messes inside and outside, but they cleaned everything up as promised.

The salesperson also maintained communication through phone calls, emails, and texts throughout the process. There was a delay due to the extremely cold weather, but I appreciated their decision to postpone rather than rush the job to receive payment.

I highly recommend Long Island Egress Pros, as I am very pleased with the quality of their service and the outcome of the project.

Egress Pros were fantastic! Ron, Eric and Matt were an incredible team. Highly knowledgeable, honest and thorough in their work. They were able to fix our egress window and three mini wells in only a few hours. They also fixed and repaired the wood of our window ledge that had water damage from our previous leaking well. I had a small basement window changed to an egress window. The area outside was an unusual space at the end of a division between two sections of my house. Two other contractors I called wouldn’t do this job because of the tight location.

I’m one of these people who over-analyzes and researches everything before I do it, and I selected these guys, mostly because of how responsive they were to my thousand questions. It’s now about a year later and I’m reviewing them now only because I forgot to do this a year ago. I’ve never worked with contractors as meticulous as these guys. They are specialists. This is what they do and the result is as you’d expect when you use a company that does nothing else. Wow- wish they did all the other things I need in my house! It’s a window I hope I never need. I was very impresses with the work by Egress Pros. They were very professional from start to finish with communication, timing and quality of work. Carlos did a great job closing in his work are with plastic to make sure that no dust or debris entered the finished part of the basement. The window itself is very high quality. Ron provided all the information that i needed over the phone to make an appointment. When he visited my house he over communicated when he was running a few minutes late which was much appreciated! Most people don't do that. All the communication including the day of install went exactly how Ron described it would. Miguel and the install crew were top notch. Watching them work through the process validated my decision in going with a specialist in this field. I wouldn't have wanted to go with anyone that doesn't specialize in these types of installations. Thanks to the entire team! Exceptionally great workmanship and teamwork . They arrived on time. Tape the area the window would be installed so that dust would be contained and not spread in that entire area of the lower level. They cleaned up after themselves and then showed me how to use the window. Their service is top of the line. You definitely get what you pay for with them.
