What a great process! Ron, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. He was patient and answered every single question we threw at him! He was never pushy. He was very clear about the egress window installation and costs. Juan, the crew leader, was amazing the day of the install! I still am in awe the three workers dug the hole by hand and completed the installation process in one work day. They were clean and polite. When Juan and his crew were finished, he showed us how the window works and answered all of new questions. We even had some rain since the install and everything is dry! I highly recommend using Egress Pros for your egress window needs!

Egress Pros installed an egress window in our basement, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was professional and very clean - there was no trace of them ever being on my property. Although there was a hiccup with scheduling, we were put on the schedule quickly and the guys were finished in about 6 hours.

I am in the process of legalizing the basement and attic floors of my home. In order for this to be approved by the building department, it is necessary to have egress windows installed. The windows have openings that allows people to escape in the event of a fire. The most difficult part of this process was being told that the installation of a basement egress window means that a hole more then 4-5 feet deep has to be dug into the ground. When I called Egress Pros, I was immediately greeted by such a friendly person named Randy who made this process seem so simple. He indicated that his company installs hundreds of windows and digs underground pits on a daily basis, at least 100 times per month. I was immediately at ease, and knew that I wanted this company that has so much experience handle this project. An extremely knowledgeable man named Ron was the coordinator of this project....

The guys from Egress Pros came to my house yesterday and did a fantastic job putting in my window. Miguel and his merry men were professional, neat, respectful, and courteous. They left the interior cleaner than it was before they got there! I am so glad I finally decided to put in this window since I’ve been thinking about it for years. Now I‘m happy that my kids will be safe in the basement should there ever be an emergency. Amazing! Fast! Clean! Highly Recommend!

Eric and his crew did a great job on short notice with an extremely deep window well and were able to lay everything out to build to code while maximizing heights so we didn’t have to tear apart the front yard afterwards.

Raul, his father and his whole team were incredible. The window is beautiful and their work was impeccable. I had a small leak near the window in the foundation and they fixed this as well. I am so happy I found egress pros and trusted them to do this work on my home and protect my family.
