I can't tell you how happy I am with my new Egress Window! The guys showed up exactly when they said they would and performed a labor intensive job in record time!!! They are courteous, respectful, skilled professionals that take pride in their work. They worked hard to make sure that by the time the job was done, every part of the window matched what was around it, and looked as clean and neat as humanly possible. Before they arrived I had a dark, uninviting basement space... after they finished, I had a sunlit haven!

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Egress Pros for design and installation of your egress window to assure the fire safety of your family. Ron was quick to return my initial call and scheduled a Saturday appointment at my request. The consultation was relaxed and informative and his soft sell was a pleasure. Ron was speedy in replying to my email question within a couple hours even on a Sunday. We are so pleased with the whole experience and enjoyed watching the Egress Pro crew orchestrate a flawless installation of 3 windows in one day! Their workmanship is fabulous and clean up spotless.

Long Island Egress Pros started the day in a positive way...exactly on time as promised. The workers were conscientious, professional, and clean, and not that they needed oversight, but a supervisor was present the entire time. The workmanship was excellent and the finished product was amazing. I was extremely happy with the clean up of my yard and basement and the overall job. Ron, the supervisor, was friendly and reassuring that he was the direct contact person if I had any questions or concerns. I'll sleep better knowing my kids can get out of the basement in an emergency, I would highly recommend this company.

I'm a pretty handy guy, but this is one job I did not want to tackle myself. Digging down to the foundation, breaking through 10" poured concrete, and installing a new window that is guaranteed not to leak is a job best left to the pros. And like their name, LI Egress pros are just that. This is all they do, and they do it well. 4 guys from 8am to 3:30 made it look easy. They left the place clean and took measures to contain any construction mess. I am in the middle of redoing the basement and added a french drain so they did not finish up the trim work, but they did leave all materials for me to do so. It is a pricey job, but definitely adds value to the house and makes the basement feel much lighter. Give Ron a call if you are in the market for this. I had a fantastic experience with Long Island Egress Pros from start to finish. When I first had Ronnie come out to give me a quote for an egress window in my basement he answered all my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote. It was one of the most pleasurable experiences i have had when dealing with and home contractor. He told me that the install would be one day and there would be no mess in my basement and they definitely lived up to that. The crew that came in for the install were great, they were extremely respectful and hard working and sure enough got the job done in less then a day with no mess in my basement. The window looks great and has completely changed the look of my basement while giving me the peace of mind of having the room safe for my kids. I would absolutely recommend Ronnie and his team for anyone thinking about adding an egress window in their basement.

Had a great experience with them. Gave a quote, was very professional and informative. Their craftsmanship is awesome and they were easy to work with. I worked with Ron and couldn’t be any happier. Going into this I had no clue about egress windows and what to expect. Ron walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was happy with the finished product.

Today we had our egress window put in our basement by LI Egress Pros and we couldn't be happier. Ron who was our salesman and also the onsite supervisor, told us how professional and how neat his work crew was, but we have heard that line before from others. Ron did not lie! His crew showed up on time, introduced themselves and got to work immediately. They put tarps down on the patio and encased the window on the inside with plastic. When they left the patio was clean and there was no dust in our basement. Ron had also told us the job would be done in a day which I was skeptical about, but it was completed before 5pm.
Our refinished basement now looks like a real room with plenty of natural light. We highly recommend LI Egress Pros to do your installation work.

A Very Good experience...

The workers did a great job but don't know if they could speak english. The job came out fine. It was just the salesman that had a hard time taken directions and after waiting for over a month for the install tried to change the contract agreement while the men were already working. I would definitely give this a good job rating overall and recommend them to a neighbor.

These guys are amazing and incredibly transparent about the process and price. Ron was so courteous and helpful the entire time (and a dog lover!) The screen initially installed in the window was bent and he personally came by to replace it. They got the job done in one day and not a speck of dust was left behind. The window is big and beautiful and completely transformed our basement. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
