I had two egress windows installed this week—one in my basement and a second in my father's basement. Ron and his team did a great job. They were on-time, organized, professional and their work was of the highest quality. Windows are a pane (pun intended) and these guys made it look easy.

Egress Pros was absolutely fantastic. Period. First of all their price was right in line (and actually a little lower than) with what I expected. Ryan was personable and very low pressure. He worked with us to figure out the best placement for the window and reviewed our options.

What I really liked was that it was a single price. No extras, No surprises on the day of install when the crew had to move a sprinkler line. Just a 10% down payment and in 6 weeks, they showed up. Did the job and where gone. Ryan contacted me several times during the day to make sure the crew was there and to check in. He stopped by afterwards to inspect the job and make sure I was happy.

I am a business owner. It is rare in my long experience to find a company as perfect as Egress Pros! Not once did I have to wait more than a few seconds for someone to pick up the phone. Once the appointment was made, they showed up on time and did they work professionally and perfectly! The staff was courteous and the end result Is perfect.

There was one tiny piece of wood missing that had to be added after they were done and they did not ask me to pay until they put the last little piece into place.

This company is a gem! If I could give it 10 stars or 20 stars I would but five is the limit here.

Every interaction I've ever had with LI Egress Pros has been wonderful starting with Leslie and ending with Ron, who is a top knotch customer-focused gentleman who is sharp, knowledgeable, and wants the finished product to be perfect...which it was! Their workers are polite, extremely talented and knowledgeable, and take great care to ensure the end result is amazing! The jib was finished in a day with no mess...thats unheard of!! From our first encounter with Ron we knew we were in good hands. He is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. We were confident that our egress window was in the hands of real pros!
On the day of our appointment to begin work, Ron and his crew were early and began work immediately. The crew were all exceptional- skilled and willing to work hard. The day was extremely hot (90+), but they went about their work with attention to the smallest details.
Ron pointed out a dip in our lawn and offered to use the material displaced by the egress window to correct a deficit that had bothered us for years!
When the job was done, the window was installed perfectly. There was no evidence of all the work that was done. Our property was left in perfect condition both inside and out.

I can't tell you how happy I am with my new Egress Window! The guys showed up exactly when they said they would and performed a labor intensive job in record time!!! They are courteous, respectful, skilled professionals that take pride in their work. They worked hard to make sure that by the time the job was done, every part of the window matched what was around it, and looked as clean and neat as humanly possible. I am a tough customer,....obsessive, compulsive, picky and sometimes a PIA. ALL of these people from Ron, the salesman to the workers were WONDERFUL!!!! They listened to my never ending questions, answered easily and made my job an absolute PLEASURE ( I worry so before the start of any job that i do ).

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Egress Pros for design and installation of your egress window to assure the fire safety of your family. Ron was quick to return my initial call and scheduled a Saturday appointment at my request. The consultation was relaxed and informative and his soft sell was a pleasure. Ron was speedy in replying to my email question within a couple hours even on a Sunday. We are so pleased with the whole experience and enjoyed watching the Egress Pro crew orchestrate a flawless installation of 3 windows in one day! Their workmanship is fabulous and clean up spotless.

Long Island Egress Pros started the day in a positive way...exactly on time as promised. The workers were conscientious, professional, and clean, and not that they needed oversight, but a supervisor was present the entire time. The workmanship was excellent and the finished product was amazing. I was extremely happy with the clean up of my yard and basement and the overall job. Ron, the supervisor, was friendly and reassuring that he was the direct contact person if I had any questions or concerns. I'll sleep better knowing my kids can get out of the basement in an emergency, I would highly recommend this company.

I'm a pretty handy guy, but this is one job I did not want to tackle myself. Digging down to the foundation, breaking through 10" poured concrete, and installing a new window that is guaranteed not to leak is a job best left to the pros. And like their name, LI Egress pros are just that. This is all they do, and they do it well. 4 guys from 8am to 3:30 made it look easy. They left the place clean and took measures to contain any construction mess. I am in the middle of redoing the basement and added a french drain so they did not finish up the trim work, but they did leave all materials for me to do so. It is a pricey job, but definitely adds value to the house and makes the basement feel much lighter. Give Ron a call if you are in the market for this. The expense is worth the added usability and peace of mind god forbid you need it. In the pic you can see where the old...
