Till the day when Miguel and his install team showed up the process was professional, transparent, detailed, and excellent quality. Miguel greeted me in the morning, explained to me what they were going to be doing and then upon completion, walk me through the process to operate the window get the best results. True professionals. Anyone who has done work on their home knows that dust is the worst! But the guys from Egress Pros worked immaculately. Taped the inside prior to cutting, put down tarp to throw the dirt on, only thing they left behind was a beautiful new window. Very happy with the results.

So very pleased with the Egress Pros installation. The new window brings much needed light and air into the basement. More importantly, we now have an emergency exit! I am very pleased with my basement walk out that was redone by Egress Pros. My prior walk out was causing flooding in our basement. We dug out around it to see what was going on and we uncovered deteriorating cinder blocks (as you can see in the pictures attached). Ron came out and showed pics of his finished basement walk outs which would eliminate our bilco door. The install took 3 days and the crew was efficient and clean. I received several quotes from other companies before Egress Pros but you could tell the project was over their heads. Egress pros specializes in this type of job and has the process down pat. I recently had the pleasure of working with Egress Pros in West Babylon for the installation of an Egress Pros Emergency Escape System, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

I was walking in my condo association when by chance I met Ron. He had finished with a potential client when I asked him if he had a moment to give me a quote. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Lou… everything was handled accordingly. This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. In total, the egress took 6 hours from start to finish. Site was left clean and this customer was elated. Thank you Rob, Lou, Carlos, and the four crew members!

I'm very pleased and satisfied with Egress Pros. The whole process was seamless from meeting with the sales rep to installation. The salesman answered all of my questions and concerns.The install team was on time, neat, delicate and finished the job in just 6 hours. I was a little worried because there were sprinklers where I wanted my window. There was no need to worry because this company digs the hole by hand and the sprinklers weren't an issue. The window is well built and brings a lot of light to my basement. It's nice to have fresh air in the basement. The window not only opens for egress it also opens from the top and has a screen. I honestly never knew the whole process would be so easy. I highly recommend this company.They have over 450 five star reviews with pictures and happy customers including myself.
