The egress window installation was fast, professional and looked better than we expected !

I had 2 egress windows installed and other windows replaced.Ryan was very professional and explained everything. Danny, Chuy and their crews did an excellent job! Everything looks great.

Miguel, Jonathan, Carlos and Mohammed were AWESOME. They arrived promptly and got started installing our new egress slider winder right away. SO HAPPY that Randy convinced me to go with the larger window (if you're debating - just do it!). They worked through a TON of snow, and finished quickly and efficiently. The window was framed beautifully, cement added around the window and all of the caulking was VERY neat and clean. I am so happy with my window. Can't wait for the basement to be completely finished

We are very happy that we chose Long Island Egress Pros for our installation. Randy was very courteous and very professional on the phone as well as his crew. It was wild seeing how the guys did the job and not a spec of a mess anywhere in our basement! The way the guys set it up was really impressive and the time in which the job was done was great!!
Our downstairs no longer feels enclosed, we now have beautiful sunlight coming in and a safe easy way to escape in case of an emergency.

We had an egress window installed in our basement playroom. Raul and his entire crew (Giovanni, Marquis, Carlos, Ryan) were terrific. They were friendly and professional and finished the job in ONLY 6 hours. It looks great and now our basement has more light and a safe place for our kids to play.

I had Long Island Egress Pros install an egress sliding window in the basement of my new extension at my home. The company was professional and courteous through out the entire process. The unit they installed looks great and I could not be happier with the finished product. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to add an egress unit.

Ryan and Danny were beyond professional. From the initial call to completion, it took about two weeks. Everyone arrived when they said they would and the work was done very quickly. On install day the crew arrived around 8:30 and were done by 3:30. I couldn't be happier with the service and I can't recommend them enough.

But Randy was so great in explaining everything to me and really tried to relate to our family’s need for it. The guys came on time and worked so hard. Ron and his crew were great. Very professional from the initial assessment to the installation of our egress window. Regular communication from the team ensured there were no surprises for us and the work was done on time. They were here they day they said they would be and even finished the job 30 min ahead of the estimate the crew lead gave me that morning. Extra kudos truly go to Randy (the "Dealmaker" ) who was expedient, patient and responsive to my needs for the project, including enabling scope creep by an additional Ask by me which included addressing the 2nd basement window to be water-proofed from outside (crew replaced a separate mini well & installing a dry well, cover & grate). This request by me was actually made on the same day of egress install day (I thought about it the night before the install!). Thank you Randy for making this happen!

They installed a egress window at my home for my basement living space so some of you might say whats a egress window and why is it necessary to spend thousands on one when u could simply go upstairs through the stairs well fact is when most fires happen its hard to see and sometimes even breathe and most people panic with the fact there is a fire having the egress window makes it very simple to exit the area with simply lifting of latches and stepping into safety also as a FIre fighter i can tell u it is very easy to remove someone from a bad situation when a home has these windows installed cant stress enough on how important they are they can save someones life maybe even your own randy and his team did a great job and where totally personal about every detail I would recommend them to anyone who has a basement living area and me and my brother and sister fire fighters thank u...

Looking for an egress window. Look no further. LI Egress Pros are the best. Had my window installed 11/18/2020. Ryan and his team were very clean and professional. Best thing I ever added to my Basement Great Room. It added natural light, fresh air and not to mention the safety aspect. When they left at the end of the day it was like the window hand been there the whole time. No trace they had ever been there.
