Installation of egress window 2/9/21 a very cold day with snow on the ground ,Raul and his crew did a great job ,they showed us how to use window and they cleaned up after there work. Egress Pros has just completed the installation of a walkout from our deep full-height basement. The work included excavating along our foundation, building stairs, sinking a drywell for drainage, and cutting openings for and installing a 36" wide door plus a window for additional light. Window and door were supplied. Once completed, they measured for the railing, which is being custom fabricated and will be installed when ready (they estimate in a few weeks). The project was designed in an onsite meeting with LI Egress Pro rep Ronnie Mayer, who could not have been more helpful with ideas, good suggestions (including making sure I understood the benefits of less-expensive options, such as an access window rather than stairs and a full door), and pictures from prior projects they've done. Egress Pros built a beautiful custom egress well with elegant single pane windows to bring light and code compliance to my basement. One egress was custom (built with stepped railroad ties) which will display natural plantings on the steps... and my second egress was the Elite model in granite finish. Ryan was very responsive as the team leader and designer...and also a 5 star shoutout to construction managers Tony and Frank - they got the job done neatly and professionally and in time!

There's something unnatural about cutting a giant hole in your foundation in the name of safety. It requires the right specialist. Long Island Egress Pros do what they say and that's ALL they do. They are the pros in egress on Long Island. Ryan openly discussed our project and gave us a fair deal for the work with no BS, no pressure. Ryan, Alberto, and the crew were phenomenal; very professional, courteous and efficient, communicating with us every step of the way.
Everything went exactly as we were told it would. Despite the freezing temperatures and snow-covered ground, they were incredibly neat. The windows look amazing and operate beautifully!

Alex(Operations Manager) and Randy(Sales Manager) are very knowledgable and took time to answer and explain clearly any questions that I had. They facilitated the whole process quite smoothly.

Miguel, Jonathan, Carlos and Mohammed were AWESOME. They arrived promptly and got started installing our new egress slider winder right away. SO HAPPY that Randy convinced me to go with the larger window (if you're debating - just do it!). They worked through a TON of snow, and finished quickly and efficiently. The window was framed beautifully, cement added around the window and all of the caulking was VERY neat and clean. I am so happy with my window. Can't wait for the basement to be completely finished

We are very happy that we chose Long Island Egress Pros for our installation. Randy was very courteous and very professional on the phone as well as his crew. It was wild seeing how the guys did the job and not a spec of a mess anywhere in our basement! The way the guys set it up was really impressive and the time in which the job was done was great!!
Our downstairs no longer feels enclosed, we now have beautiful sunlight coming in and a safe easy way to escape in case of an emergency.

We had an egress window installed in our basement playroom. Raul and his entire crew (Giovanni, Marquis, Carlos, Ryan) were terrific. They were friendly and professional and finished the job in ONLY 6 hours. It looks great and now our basement has more light and a safe place for our kids to play.
