Just had an egrass window put in a I am very happy with the service starting with the girls in the office to Ryan and Randy .... very professional and friendly explained everything to me ... the guys Miguel and his crew showed up on time did the work in a timely manner and very neat cleaned up great ! I would Definitely recommend them done in 1 day !!!

Everything from start to finish was super easy. Ron answered all our questions and we were able to schedule our egress installation quickly. The crew showed up early and Ron was on site to make sure all went smooth. They finished early and walked me through everything they had done. Ron followed up that night to make sure we were happy.

I never understood what an Egress window was until I spoke to the people at LI Egress Pros. Not only was I able to provide a safer and more comfortable living space in the lower suite, I also added value to my house that far exceeds the investment of the window.
The installation was a dream. The crew came in at about 8:30 AM and were cleaned up and gone by 3 PM. They were polite, professional, and very respectful of our home and property. My only regret is that I did not do this 20 years ago.

I’m very impressed with the professional attention that the staff of this company demonstrated while completing my job. From he initial phone call with Randy, to the immediate (same day) appointment with Ryan to assess the job, to the actual completion of the work...all went seamless. The staff were on time, courteous, experienced and professional...my new basement walkout looks amazing, and only took three days to complete. Will definitely refer & use this company again. Very happy with my egress window installation. Highly recommend Long Island Egress Pros. Crew leader Miguel (Mike) and Carlos arrived early and explained to me how the work would be done. They were joined by the other crew members John and Max. They sectioned off the work area and the job was completed same day. This team was amazing. They did a wonderful job with the install and the work areas were left spotless!
