From he initial phone call with Randy, to the immediate (same day) appointment with Ryan to assess the job, to the actual completion of the work...all went seamless. Very happy with my egress window installation. Highly recommend Long Island Egress Pros. Crew leader Miguel (Mike) and Carlos arrived early and explained to me how the work would be done. They were joined by the other crew members John and Max. They sectioned off the work area and the job was completed same day. This team was amazing. They did a wonderful job with the install and the work areas were left spotless!

I had a Egress window installed by Long Island Egress Pros. Their crew came, explained what they were going to do and proceeded to work in a very organized and meticulous way. They were neat and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was more than pleased with my Egress window installation.

A very professional team. Efficient and clean. I had some concerns with my out door pavers. However, Danny and his team did an amazing job. Very thorough and very neat. After installing my egress window they replaced the pavers and did an amazing job at cutting precisely around the edges of the window well. His masonry skills is remarkable. Thanks Danny and his team and thanks Ryan for an amazing job.

Four crew members showed up on time and were very courteous and happy. They walked me through everything they were going to do. They showed me what they were doing every time I popped up. They cleaned up and left everything immaculate. They even helped me move some heavy stuff out of the way. Very happy!

Contemplating opening a large hole in your foundation to install a method of egress....You have to hire the guys who do this kind of thing all day everyday. Egress Pros. Ron and his crew were wonderful..it was pretty extensive project..they were here pretty early in the morning until late night. They almost completed everything in one day...Ron personally stayed almost whole tire time with his crew to make sure everything was going the way it should. Following day early in the morning Ron came to check and had his guys come little after to tidy up everything...Egress window came out so beautiful..lots of natural light and plenty of air circulation we have plus it is giving us piece of mind knowing we have a great escape plan system installed now. We are very impressed with their whole tire team...dedicated, hardworking and professional...

We contracted Egress Pros to install outside stairs to our basement as a 2nd exit. We had contracted them a couple of years ago to install an egress window and were blown away with the perfect job they did. Well just as good if not better. These guys came in to my backyard on a Monday at 8am dug and installed cement stairs with a railing in less than 3 days. No mess every thing left as found including the basement which they sealed off so there would be no dust. Perfect job again. If you use anybody else you are crazy

Danny and the A Team Did a fantastic Egress Window installation. They arrived on time, carefully measured, precise cut through thick cement foundation, Frame out and window install, wood work craftsmanship and touched up the sheet rock. This was all completed in approx 8 hours and no mess or damage to the property. Hand dug and all dirt on tarps, nothing left behind. We were concerned at first about how it was going to unfold but Ryan and everyone at Egress Windows Pros are very confident have the process down pat! Very Pleased and Highly Recommended! A+

Every part of the process from estimate to scheduling to installation was easy and worry free. The installation team was great and left the work area---inside and outside---nearly spotless, all that was left behind was an amazing window, leaving our basement safer, brighter and more open feeling. These guys are pros and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Long Island Pros recently installed an egress window and replaced an old basement window at my house in the Hamptons. Ron was very professional and made the process very easy. Install was done in one day - they left my home’s interior and exterior with zero mess. The windows turned out great! Would definitely recommend Jorge and his crew.

This is one of those reviews that starts with "I don't typically leave reviews, but...". Long Island Egress Pros was great from start to finish. Ron came out to give us quote within a day or two of me calling. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prior to the installation date I was having second thoughts about the placement of the window- I called Ron and he drove an hour out to see us right away and we walked through all of the scenarios again. Never was there any pressure to move forward but Ron assured us the project would come out great and he showed us pics of other homes they worked on with the same layout as ours. On installation day Ron showed up in the morning with Danny's crew and made sure they had all the details they needed before getting started. Danny and his team were also very neat and professional. They didn't even have to come in and out of...

Very highly recommend LI Egress Pros. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Danny and his team were professional from getting there early, solving some challenging installation issues, problem solving and staying until the work was complete. We had an egress installed yesterday. I thought it would be very disruptive and I was very concerned about COVID. However Ryan and his team lead by Raul were great. It was quick and very easy.
