Long Island Egress Pros

I had a wonderful experience with LI Egress Pros. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Linda was our salesperson. She came by for the estimate, answered all of our questions and set clear expectations on the project. The project went off right on schedule and completed with one day as promised. The crew was fantastic. It was obvious that they take pride in the quality of their work. The windows looks great! The area they worked in was cleaner after they left then it was before they started. I also appreciated that Linda showed up during the job to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. I wish all businesses I worked with were as professional as LI Egress Pro's!

Removed old bilco doors and installed basement egress window. Ron was extremely informative in regards to what had to be done to meet our needs. He was always available and kept us informed as to the progress. The work was started when promised. His crew led by Jorge was very professional, courteous and did excellent work. The job was finished on time. When done, Jorge made sure that everything was cleaned up and the area was spotless. Ron followed up to confirm that everything was done to our satisfaction. Great company with a great staff. My wife and I wanted an egress in our basemement for years now, We saw the commercial on channel twelve while getting ready for work that morning, I called and spoke to Linda and she stopped by that week and gave us an estimate. Linda was very nice, professional and very knowlegable. Whenever I had questions she always picked up her phone and returned voicemails or text that I left.. The crew you guys sent did an icredible job with installing the egress. My wife is happy with the work. The guys were professional and and the finished producy came out nice. We are finishing our basement as a play area for the kids and the first thing we wanted to do in order to feel safe with them playing down there is install an egress window. We got a few quotes and felt best about Egress Pros price. We also really enjoyed our consultation with Ron, so we told him it was a go and him, Jorge and their team were here 2 weeks later. It only took a few hours to install and we're so happy with how it turned out. As you can see, this is the first step, so our basement is still a mess, but the window looks so good and let's in so much light, it almost feels like the 1st floor of a house.

The Egress Pro team was excellent to work with. The team dug, installed and completed drywall work for two egress windows in our basement in less than five hours. Cleaned everything they touched inside and out and could not be happier with the results!!

They had installed an egress which was well built. The workers were very nice and respectful. With family members with dust allergies it was very much appreciated to have had a top covering placed to block out the dust. With them coming early, they were able to finish within a few hours of the same day.

Long island Egress Pros is the absolute best. Ryan provided a fair and honest estimate with a no pressure sales approach. Fully explained all steps of the installation process and provided many different options to meet our needs. On the day of the install Danny and his team were professional and their work was exemplary. After the job was complete you wouldn't have even known the install happened that day! Highly recommended!

Ron and his crew were amazing. Extremely professional as well as talented. They had several issues to deal with , drainage pipes as well as sprinkler lines had to be relocated before the egress window could be installed. Instead of asking me to call the sprinkler company they went to a local plumbing supply house picked up the materials they needed and relocated everything themselves. Exceptional service and positive attitude can only come from a thoughtful and well run organization.

I didn't have the Ronnie experience that so many others have extolled about (I'm sure he's actually great). My experience involved Clara, Jon and his boys and I'd challenge any of you Ron lovers that my experience was as good or better than yours. From beginning to end this company is a class act, which is refreshing these days. Old school business values prevail with this company where the customer is treated like a valued commodity rather than a minor inconvenience in the way of being paid. From beginning to end, the LI Egress Pros were fantastic! On the day of installation, the crew came on time and began work immediately. All of the workers were professional, courteous and respectful. As for the job itself, the egress window looks great and they cleaned up everything before they left. It is amazing how fast and efficient they were.
