With family members with dust allergies it was very much appreciated to have had a top covering placed to block out the dust. Ron and his crew were amazing. Extremely professional as well as talented. They had several issues to deal with , drainage pipes as well as sprinkler lines had to be relocated before the egress window could be installed. Instead of asking me to call the sprinkler company they went to a local plumbing supply house picked up the materials they needed and relocated everything themselves. I had my egress window installed on Tuesday. Miguel and his crew arrived on time, were able to cut through cement, cleaned up all the concrete and dirt they dug up, installed the basement egress window, installed the surround to the window, and did all this with time to spare. We now have an extra safety feature in our basement that looks beautiful, as well as the opportunity for more fresh air allowed into the basement. It’s such a pleasure to deal with a company that sticks to what they say. I saw commercial and sent an online inquiry. They called the next day and Linda was at my house that day. She gave me a quick and to the point explanation of what to expect. The price was fair and we qualified for the first responder discount. They set a date for the install and followed up with emails and text message reminders. The appointment for install was for 8am Danny and his crew showed up 10 minutes early and were working by 8. This company was professional from start to finish. I called for an estimate two weeks ago and my windows were done yesterday! Ron was great to work with.
