I am an architect and found this amazing company as they installed an Egress Window around the block from my house. I watched their well trained crew of three for 20 minutes as they worked in unison and knew that this was the company for me . I first contacted Ron Mayer who came by and showed me fotos of their step by step installation process and the final results . He gave me quick and smart answers and almost precisely what I independently estimated the cost would be . Subsequently Bruce Sanders came over three days later to do a Final Site Evaluation so we could move ahead and schedule the work . Three weeks later thier crew ,led by Giovanni , arrived at 8AM and were fininshed by 3:30 PM with a perfect installation . The crew of three were practiced and trained "pros" . So we decided to fix it and bring our basement up to code at the same time. Ron came and consulted with us personally, provided great advice, service, and quality. I had two windows installed last December. Ryan was a fantastic salesman and was really accommodating to fit us in as I had been nervous we had no basement windows in our house. Ryan came installation day and made sure we were happy. The windows were great and allowed a ton of light in and gave me piece of mind. When we had an issue with one of the two windows Randy called me immediately when I reached out and sent a team to look. Had an egress window installed recently. From start to finish this company was exceptional to work with. My first interaction was with Ron who came by to look at my basement and took the time to go over options available (very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any follow up questions I had afterwards). Install was prompt and so professional (absolutely no dust or debris inside the house). In addition to the safety element, I now get so much natural light in my basement. Arranged for alarm company to come the day after install to reconnect new egress window to my house alarm panel.

We are finishing our basement as a play area for the kids and the first thing we wanted to do in order to feel safe with them playing down there is install an egress window. We got a few quotes and felt best about Egress Pros price. We also really enjoyed our consultation with Ron, so we told him it was a go and him, Jorge and their team were here 2 weeks later.
