e had Egress Pro change out a small existing basement window to a full 48x48” Egress window . The mechanic Giovani and his crew were wonderful, they did a perfect job , leaving my basement and the side of my home in better than before shape . This Egress window give me real safety if there is an emergency in my home where we need Egress from the basement . The company Representative Ron can by when he said he would, he explained the system in great detail and answered every question we had. We had gotten other estimates, but Egress Pro were the most knowledgeable, they had a proven track record of homes like mine that they did and they came in with a great price. The workers were very polite and prompt. They worked diligently without no supervision. Their worksite were kept clean and tidy and all the garbage were disposed properly. There was a home visit from a contractor and all products installed took one day to complete. The egress window works very well with no issues so far. I have had two windows installed over the last couple of years. The installers do an “excellent” job. They are in and out in several hours, zero mess to cleanup and not so much as a scratch on a wall in an already finished basement. I don’t know how they do it. I highly recommend them!! Read more >

The crew was here today and they did an amazing job. The surrounding area was cleaned up and the crew was very courteous.
