Ron was a salesman who stayed in touch from beginning to end. Juan was the foreman who lead the project. Courteous and professional who knew exactly what to do from beginning to finish cleaning. I would definitely recommend Egress Pros.

The salesman was patient and explained everything to us and to my HOA board numerous times. The guys who did the work were professional and ,courteous and worked from the minute they got here till the minute they left with no breaks. They cleaned up after themselves they cleaned the outside the patio. They cleaned the inside of my home where the window was put in. theymade a window frame around the egress window, which was to perfection, and they also put woodworking around the window, I would highly recommend them to any business or residential home.

There professionalism and patience during this process was incredible. The company, (Ron) and all the men who completed the job today were professional , neat and there workmanship was on point.

Fabulous work. Ron, the sales agent, was detail-oriented and explained the procedure in depth. Carlos and his team came on time. There was an electric wireline when they were creating the well. They professionally handled that situation and were patient till the electric wires were secured. Carlos was responsible and polite.

I absolutely recommend Egress Pro. From Louie to Ryan and Oscar. They are the true definition of professionalism and excellent customer service!!!! They finished my walk out basement within 2 days!!!! I love Oscar , he deserves a big raise 😂🤣. He was very polite and respectful. It’s the little things that he does. Took off his shoes when entering from the first floor and asked permission before doing things he had to do. He was just phenomenal .

Egress pros did a great job from start to finish. Ron explained everything before hand , called during the day to make sure all was ok & followed up with a phone call after in case any questions. The window was installed in 1 day. The rooms are sonmuch brighter. The new window was installed at the far end of the basement. Bringing light to most of the basement.

We absolutely loved working with Long Island Egress Pros. Ryan was not only great with helping us choose the right window but took the time to explain to our boys why were putting one in the basement. He also called the day of the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and then again the day after to see how we liked the window and see if we had any questions. The men that came to install the window were extremely professional and polite. Even while having an audience (very curious boys) Carlos would stop what he was doing and explain to them what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend this company.

So I had reservations but from the start Ryan and his crew were awesome! Juan the project manager was so great, spoke great English to communicate, Wanted to make you happy and was clean & courteous to your property and home. Can't say enough good things about these guys! It rained but they continued and wanted to finish, a couple of snafu'd but Juan to the rescue! Thinks outside the box! 1 day done!
