From beginning to end, this was an easy process. Ryan was our initial contact. Carlos and his crew performed the work. Ryan was great. Explained everything clearly from price to process and came to check on his crew during construction. But Carlos and his crew were the real stars. Arrived on time, ready to work. Worked hard, efficiently and neatly. Took note of surrounding flowers and made sure they didn't get trampled. Cleaned up everything afterwards. One of the best experiences I’ve had…..truly professional group of people from the inception. The owner took my call on a Sunday and could not have been nicer to speak with. He had his salesman (Ron Mayer) call me the next day and we set up an appt. What a delightful person. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but a pure pleasure. Felt like I’ve known him for years. Gave us multiple options for placement of our egress and choices of window types. (Not my experience with other companies). The installers arrived on time and got right to work. I hired EGRESS Pro to install an egress window in our basement. Our salesperson Linda was very consultative and walked us through the process from beginning to end.
