Crew arrived on time and very prepared. The egress was completed inside of two days. The debris was hauled away with nothing left behind. The fiberglass clamshell entry exceeded my expectations. It is a weatherproof seal to my basement/crawlspace access.

Juan was the excellent lead for the team. Knowledgeable, personable and got the job finished. He was able to problem solve on the job jumping the hurdles of the back yard rocky ground and the damaged house wall. Inside now, you'd never know there was a rotting window and damaged wall. That was all replaced. They left no debris in the basement when finished. And, the team was able to move some of the displaced dirt to my side garden. A win win there! We have much more light in the basement now, good for the new 'office' space we are creating. Thanks again. James

From the inital phone call to Egress Pros for information to Ryan stopping by to give an estimate to Miguel arriving with his crew today to install - every step was extremely professional and easy! Ryan came by, took a look at where we wanted the window and he gave us an estimate on price and approximate time to install. Miguel showed up today with his crew and they worked from 8am to 2pm. My situation was a tough one, having a rather tiny yard, but there was a solution to every problem that came our way - from an egress window size solution, to placement solutions, drilling through unexpected clay and hooking me up with a sump pump to help with pre-existing water issues. The crew were great! They worked long and hard, respectful and polite! Showed me how to work the egress window when done. There was not a spec of dirt inside the basement, nor left on the deck by the time they left - and they used it to help level out the sunken grading on the other side of the yard. Read more >

From start to finish, Long Island egress pros went above and beyond my expectations. Ron came and did our estimate the day after I called. On time, great to deal with honest and down to earth. We booked our egress install right away! Some things came up on our end and we needed to reschedule our install. No problem! We were able to push our date back 3 weeks. I am not a visualization type of person. I knew we wanted egress in our home. What I was expecting and what I got are two completely different things.
