Ron was great during the sale, didn't respond when I had a billing question the day of installation, but it worked out. A little follow up goes a long way. one 9f the owners stopped by during install, nice guy, spoke highly of his crew & seemed appreciative of the hard work. Carlos & the install team were great on time professional. In and out clean and thorough. Feel better about the family hanging out in the basement now! I will definitely use again & recommend.

My experience with Long Island Egress Pros was fantastic. Ron, Eric and the team was so wonderful, they installed my Egress window so neat. They were clean Professional and organized. They started the Job the time they said they would and finished the time they said they would, they were amazing. I would recommend them to everyone one. They were really good. I love my window. My experience with Long Island Egress Pro was amazing. Ron, Eric and the Team was fantastic. They gave me start time at 8am, they were there 7:45 am. They were on-time, They installed my egress window so beautifully, they were neat, they did not make a mess inside at all. And they cleaned up outside so we'll, you would not even know they worked here today, that's how clean everything was. Eric and Ron explained what to expect and they were spot on. I love those guys. Carlos and his team worked very diligently the window came out perfectly I'm very impressed they showed up right on time and got to work right away and finished before 5pm the same day! There was no mess left behind inside or out!

We worked with the Ron and Juan crew. They and their entire crew were punctual, professional, and friendly. They did a great job explaining what to expect and how to use our new window, they hung a tarp on the inside to control the dust and after they I went to clean and was pleasantly surprised about how efficient they were. They day they came it was about 20 degrees F and the digging into the ground could not be easy but they remained pleasant, courteous, and personable. Oh, and of course the window looks fantastic!! Let’s in good amount of light and when the window is open there’s a nice breeze. We originally got this as an emergency exit and am pleased with the aesthetic functionality of it. Would 100% recommend these guys

The salesman was not salesy, or a typical sales guy. Not pushy, easy going and knowledgeable. Answered all questions with great satisfaction.
The installation crew was fabulous. Miguel, the crew chief is about as professional as it gets. He and his team are the only guys I would want working on my house. When I do my replacement windows, I will request him and his crew!!

Pros. I cannot thank them enough for the professional job. Carlos and his team of installers are second to none. Not only was it a good job, but now my basement is safe.

The process was so easy. Ron the salesman came to the house and we discussed the process. Carlos the installer and his team came promptly the morning of install and did an amazing job. My husband was working from home and he said it was even quiet! How? Magic? They were packed up and gone by early afternoon. No mess. The window looks amazing and it completely transforms the basement. Couldn’t be happier!

From the beginning of the project, Ron explained everything in detail. I was actually excited for the prospect of a beautiful Egress window!Great experience with Miguel and his team. There was a slight hiccup in the installation process( the ladder was not installed), but Ron was prompt in the response and the ladder was installed.
