Local Floor Cleaner

We had our wood floors cleaned. Skyler did a great job!

Local is a great company. I've used them for a couple years now. Always prompt, always friendly, and they use "green" products, so there's not that chemical smell left in our house, just clean!

Today I had Skyler come over to clean my homes carpets. We have a new puppy and housebreaking... well it takes a toll on your carpets.

Skyler provided us with excellent service, well-mannered expertise, and best of all- clean carpets!!

Wow!! AMAZING service and rug cleaning! Skylar was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was prompt, fit us in last minute, and was so helpful. He cleaned the rugs in our rental that were very dirty after our tenants left (who had a baby and a dog). They looked brand new once he was done! And no smell! My dad is very tough when it comes to construction, home care etc, and he couldn’t get over how well Skylar cleaned the carpets. He was incredibly helpful on dealing with an issue with our carpet (non related to his service) and offered a great solution. We already plan to us them for our own house and any other time we need them. Truly first class and highly recommend!

Skylar did an excellent job cleaning our kitchen tile floors. The grout was badly stained. I was so impressed with how well it turned out. The whole process was easy and quick.

The rooms in our newly purchased home had stains and cat hair everywhere. Being new homeowners and wanting to stay within budget of our home renovations we decided to get our carpets professionally cleaned by Skylar with Local Floor Cleaner, Inc. He knew immediately what needed to be done and was willing to be flexible with our busy schedules. Skylar arrived on time. He explained the process that he was going to do a head of time and what we should do and expect after he was done. The cleaning took about 2-3 hours, and we were surprised that he was able to just all the stain/odor out. Our carpets look and feel brand new! My husband is allergic to cats so it was a big deal for him to finally be able to probably breathe in his own home.
