They went out of their way to ship cleaning solution to my father in Northern CA. It is a pleasure to have kind people to work with.

Skylar was great. He showed up on time. Made sure he knew what we wanted cleaned. He then went on to make our carpets and upholstered furniture look brand new. Before he left he made sure we were happy with all the work. We will only be using Local for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning.

My husband and I have been collecting oriental wool and silk rugs for decades. I'm embarrassed to say we never had them cleaned because we thought the price would be prohibitive. After looking at the reviews of Local Floor Cleaner, we thought we would take a chance.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the estimate. The cost to clean all the rugs was reasonable. While the work was being done, I watched like a hawk to make sure our rugs were taken care of properly. I must say it was done with a great deal of care and effort.

All nine rugs look and smell wonderful and I only wish we had them cleaned earlier! Thank you Local Floor Cleaner and all your employees for the stellar job you did for us. Everyone who came out was courteous, intelligent, responsive, and devoted to their work.

Local Floor Cleaner did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets after a major construction project. Skylar was on time, professional, and gave helpful suggestions that will extend the life of my carpet. He also gave me an all natural cleaner and provided advice on how to clean small stains. I highly recommend Local Floor Cleaner and plan to use no other.

Skyler came out and gave me an estimate The following day after I called. Their website shows you some of the things I do and it was very short and instructive, which I felt very good about. I understood what they do and I was very excited to have my kitchen floor rehabilitated after 20 years of grime induced Pine-Sol and my 7 1/2 year-old great Dane, who is very food forward and likes to drool a lot.
They came out today and Did a fantastic job. I like the fact that they are local, they Are just a few miles from me and I really support local people. They were very fair, professional and prompt and they kept in good touch with me via text and email. I can’t say enough about their service in the future. I may get my entire ground floor done, but I don’t have the resources right now.
I will be saving up in the next few weeks to have my upstairs halls bedroom and stairway...

Yes the name isn’t sexy, but it does exactly what it needs to do and describes the job I needed to a T. I had one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were Professional prompt and did a fantastic job!
My kitchen was a total wreck with 20+ years of Pine-Sol and dirt from a dirty mop and I never thought I could get the results I did! They did a really fantastic job and I am able to work with them again. I even had them give me an estimate for getting some of my upstairs carpet cleaned in the halls and in my bedroom, which has had its share of Copy spills and my great day throwing up on the carpeting.

Our carpets that were cleaned by local Floor cleaner were spotless afterwards. It was easy to make an appointment, they showed up on time and the service was excellent. I recommend them for anyone who needs their carpets or furniture cleaned, they are wonderful.

The employee who came in was not only respectful, he explained everything he was going to do to try to get my stains out. All I had to do was provide a water spigot and he was a man on a mission. Thank you very much!

Great service and was very professional

We used Local Floor Cleaner recently to clean about 1100 sq ft of light tile with white grout. I knew it was dirty but wow... its back to white again and looks amazing! The team was diligent, detailed and professional. I won't wait 5 years to do it again.
