What a pleasure it is to have very competent, highly skilled and knowledgable floor cleaners, let alone super-nice people take care of my carpets and wood floors. Alec was prompt, communicative, thorough, and had a really great sense of humor. He showed me pix of a smiley face he made as he cleaned our ottoman. Jennifer replied to my inquiry with a phone call, a text, and an email. I was able to schedule for next day service and the quote was exact. I will use Local Floor Cleaner again.

I called one day for a quote and Skylar came by a few hours later to give me a quote for wood floor cleaning. Was scheduled shortly after that. The job was amazing and picked up so much imbedded filth from our white oak floors. I'll definitely be putting this service on my yearly to-do. Overall, the team was very responsive and the service was great. The results were not great. I had a higher expectation of results from a professional service vs. my own steam cleaner. The results are what my own steam cleaner would have accomplished. I discussed on the phone before scheduling the appointment that my steam cleaner was not getting the result I wanted and they shared they have a non-soap based cleaner that cuts through the grime better than at home cleaning. Team was great results were sub-par.

Skyler was always reachable by phone and was professional as well as being a super nice guy.
