I'm happy to share a very positive experience with Local Floor Cleaner, Inc. Skylar & team cleaned the carpet in the bedrooms, tile floor/grout in the bathrooms and kitchen, and two chairs. Communication was clear from the start; they answered my calls immediately, and I never had to leave a message. The final work exceeded my expectations. So glad that we got a referral to Local Floor Cleaner for carpet cleaning. They were communicative and flexible with scheduling on our tight timeline. I appreciate that Alec was transparent and explained each different section and issue that he spotted during the initial walkthrough and gave me a helpful de-brief after the cleaning as well as a realistic plan moving forward. As it was the first visit, he quickly measured the areas for carpet cleaning and delivered an exact quote which I felt was reasonable for a 3 story house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company, they out did my expectations in every area. I had some large rugs cleaned with pretty bad odors and stains from dogs. They were able to get over to my house in less than a day and got everything back to looking in smelling like new. Alec was also extremely helpful in providing some information about what we have been doing wrong with cleaning supplies in the past, so that we can better maintain the carpets in the future. It’s been a really long time since I had a service that I would rave about, and I would definitely recommend this company anyone looking for carpet, cleaning or other related services.

So delighted with our kitchen/breakfast room and upstairs hallway floors, beautifully restored to their original condition by Skylar and his son. They let me know they were on their way, showed up to measure and gave me a revised quote. They then proceeded to protect my appliances and got the job done in an hour and a half or so.
