Local floor cleaner was incredibly communicative and easy to work with.
Our carpets that see a dog and 3 small children look totally refreshed.
We will absolutely use LFC again.

The rooms in our newly purchased home had stains and cat hair everywhere. Being new homeowners and wanting to stay within budget of our home renovations we decided to get our carpets professionally cleaned by Skylar with Local Floor Cleaner, Inc. He knew immediately what needed to be done and was willing to be flexible with our busy schedules. Skylar arrived on time. He explained the process that he was going to do a head of time and what we should do and expect after he was done. The cleaning took about 2-3 hours, and we were surprised that he was able to just all the stain/odor out. Our carpets look and feel brand new! My husband is allergic to cats so it was a big deal for him to finally be able to probably breathe in his own home.

I am completely satisfied with the service Skylar provided. My rugs were thoroughly cleaned and look great. He was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond what he needed to do to the extent of installing a carpet under a piano by lifting it up with his back! I love the fact that he cares enough to use products that are non-toxic. He is also cheerful & nice to work with.

Best job cleaning carpets, tile floors, dining room chairs and leather couches. Skyler, the owner was professional and the cost was higher than the chain store, but well worth it! I will suggest his work to family and friends.
