People have different roles but there is a real appreciation for how they each contribute to the overall success of the company. The weekly department meetings are great because it's possible to locate issues and resolve them by finding additional assistance or developing new processes. This makes LMI operate more efficiently. Also, the way the company not only encourages personal growth but supports it with many training opportunities is truly rare.

I truly love these guys/gals because they are very proficient, timely, accurate, they use the process of illimination wisely. Ecspecially in an emergency. They are very knowledgeable. I truly count on them and look forward to them coming out each time, because I don't have to stand over them. I trust them.
