For the first time, I actually look forward to coming to work. I love working at Lighting Maintenance because it is truly a family atmosphere. People have different roles but there is a real appreciation for how they each contribute to the overall success of the company. The weekly department meetings are great because it's possible to locate issues and resolve them by finding additional assistance or developing new processes. This makes LMI operate more efficiently.
