In short, this company challenges the "Too good to be true" theory. I was on the skeptical band wagon, waiting for the "other shoe to drop", but now in my second month with LifeRx.md, Inc., my experience has been nothing short of effortless and remarkable. Every step is outlined and communicated along the way urgently, clearly and concisely with very few questions left to answer. The two times I've called the customer support line, I've heard zero call center noise, and I've been made to feel as though I've just called a friend. Amazing doesn’t not even begin to describe the level of care and compassion Ashley showed to me!! There was a mix up with the delivery address of my meds, after 1 phone call, Ashley had them located and new shipment on the way to me. With expedited shipping so I’ll get them ASAP. She kept me informed and even called me directly with updates. I am so impressed with the customer service.

I am amazed by the genuine concern and care from the customer care team. You do not feel rushed or pushed into getting into anything. They listen and try to help you with your weightloss goals and every 3 months check up on you to see how you are progressing on the medication. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of paying for a service and not getting the help needed. I am happy with the convenience of service thru telehealth. Also the fast shipping of medication to my doorstep. I can use my HSA card to make my payments. I don't have to be tied up into a monthly contract membership service to get medication. I would definitely recommend to others.
