Just started getting GLP1 from here, and so far it’s been great! Christian in customer service has been so accommodating and helpful.

Communication is very good! Every staff member who I’ve been in contact with has been helpful and very knowledgeable. Julie Whitten was my latest contact and she knows her stuff and very very helpful. I started my program on 3/19/26 and am down 13 pounds so far (4/23/26). My appetite is definitely suppressed.

I have been quite happy with Life Rx. I have lost at least 50lbs in total. I did have some issues at one point but the customer service team and I worked out the misunderstanding and put things right. Not everything will go right 100% of the time but the good companies will be understanding, helpful, and willing to work with you to give you that excellent customer service. This, I believe is the true test of a company which Life Rx exceeded at.

I spoke with Ashley George today regarding LifeRX pricing because I was contacted by RXPros indicating they could supply the tirzepatide to me for a cheaper amount than I am paying through LifeRX. She was very helpful in explaining the differences in ingredients and gave me information I was not aware of! A joy to speak to someone who cares about my health!

I called the number and RJ immediately answered and was able to answer all my questions, and she knew some of the answers before I asked the question. She is so knowledgeable in her job she is a pleasure to deal with. And she made a point to make sure I knew that I could call back with any other questions or concerns. In this day and age it's great when you can call a company and get a wonderful employee like RJ that is talking to you from the USA and be knowledgeable enough to answer all questions and put my mind at ease.
