This is all new to me. Not sure how it works! When I had a few questions, Ashley made sure I understood and explained the process 💯! She was not in a hurry to get off the line, she made me feel my questions were important. She was very patient and kind and seemed very genuine. I am in total awe with this company. I have signed up with three other companies that were terrible. There was no customer service there were hidden costs. It was a complete nightmare then I researched Life Rx MD and found two outstanding customer service representative which are Ashley and Julie I don’t feel they are customer service reps. They have become my friends and have helped me more than any company I know out there, I highly recommend this company I feel safe, I feel secure, and they did not leave the phone until I had every question answered and not to mention the other people I have dealt with here in the lab and other departments who have been equally as helpful. Everything they said they would do has been done. Questions answered promptly. I appreciate that they took a medical history and reviewed lab work. The other program I was on didn’t do this. Price is reasonable and no extra costs for increasing doses. Very satisfied.
