This company has helped me lose 50 pd.. being an over the road driver me not knowing whether I can get my medication on time however, the representative Linda that works there in customer service is awesome. She followed my storyline from A-to-Z and understood why I could not get my prescriptions on time and set up a system for me so that I could continue an old representative. Let me know that I needed to find another company when it was time for my refill. I had not done that yet so I contacted Life RX one more time and got Linda who was amazing. She made sure my prescription was sent out next day. She worked on that all day for me especially gave me a call back and went over and beyond thanks Linda for all that you’ve done. She was a lifesaver and thank goodness, she listened to me and understood what I was saying.

10/6/26: Sebastian, my customer care specialist from LifrRXMD, did a Great Job. He was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. He stayed with me the whole time to help me log in to my Customer Portal for the very first time. He also helped me place a Custom Order right away. I appreciate the fact that he stayed with me the entire time since I had a little trouble logging in to my Customer Portal. Overall, I’m very pleased with LifeRxMd!

So far, things are going great! Danny was a great help and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to macros.
