I’ve generally had a good experience with LifeRX, but Sebastian exceeded what was an already great customer service experience. At 9am when most people are still trying to get started, Sebastian was patient, listened to my questions, and solved my concerns. As a licensed esthetician, I’m considering bringing a weightloss management drugs to my clinic, and LifeRX will be my go-to 👌🏾

I was having issues completing the online refill information so I called the phone # provided and Azis Isakov helped me quickly and got my refill processed.

I was very nervous about starting a program online, but LifeRx made everything so easy! And most importantly there were no hidden fees - everything was upfront from the start. All the people I spoke with over the ten days while waiting for approval and my meds to arrive were so helpful. The program is planned out to the day and no surprises. Cristian called me after my approval and went over what I can expect on the days leading up to the start of the meds and after. Nothing is left to chance here and I feel very comfortable beginning this journey!

After sending a quick email about my progress, I got a call back within an hour from Ashley George. She was so kind and helpful and she has me set up to speak to the doctor on Monday and she couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Thanks, Ashley.
